We want you to feel secure and at ease during your stay, so please be assured that our building is fully secure, and the interior spaces have been designed for your comfort and privacy. This is the ENTIRE UNIT! Not shared with anyone. Save $$$ from the hotels around here that aren't half as nice.

*NOTE* This is a loft, so the bedrooms have walls that almost reach all the way up to the ceiling (See photos), but they are still private and nice :)

You are staying in a 100+ year old FAMOUS & historic building. The interior of your unit has been completely remodeled and looks new and amazing, but the exterior of the building itself is older, and we do not own this building. Please don't hold the age of the exterior against us when leaving a review, we are only responsible for the unit's interior. You will certainly enjoy the charm of this historic building, and the modern luxury interior of your unit.
Paid parking lots can be found in the area (See "guest access"), and there is some street parking.
"The host is allergic to dogs and cats; hence, we have a no-pet policy."
*Note*
Your unit is located in a building on the new walking promenade on 5th Ave! The city has added poles in the ground to prevent cars from driving north or south on 5th Ave, so please plan accordingly. We will send you a map of all the cross streets and parking locations that you can access in the area. We are sure you will love the fact that you can walk to so many great attractions!
