As you walk through the front door, you’re immediately greeted by breathtaking views of the St. Johns River, visible from the expansive living room and the enclosed lanai. Designed with anglers in mind, the property offers a dream setup with two electronic boat lifts, a long dock that can accommodate up to two additional boats, and a convenient bait net on a pulley system to easily catch live bait. There’s even a dedicated fish cleaning station to make your catch of the day feel even more rewarding. NOTE: There is no security fence between the backyard and the water.
For those who love entertaining, the summer kitchen with easy access to the backyard is perfect for "cooking with a view" and outdoor gatherings. Inside, the home boasts three spacious bedrooms, each featuring king-sized beds for ultimate comfort. With two bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for family and guests. The living room is designed for relaxation, equipped with reclining leather sofas and chairs—ideal for cozying up to watch TV or spending quality time with loved ones. The enclosed lanai, fully equipped with air conditioning and heat, offers a peaceful retreat to curl up with a good book and watch the boats glide by.
Located just a short distance from the famous Renegades restaurant and local attractions, this Crescent City home is perfectly positioned in a quiet and peaceful area while still being close to the excitement of local dining, wildlife sightings, and vibrant festivals. Whether you're into fishing or just soaking in the serenity of the river, this home offers a cozy, luxurious retreat in one of Florida's most charming towns.
RULES
Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges: Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed.
PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply. You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay. There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed. If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you, we reserve the right to TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit. The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver, stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.
