Booking & Check-In Details

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests – no parties or events permitted
• No pets allowed
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames
• Booking party must provide ID and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking or your reservation may be cancelled
• A $500 security deposit hold will be placed 2 days before check-in and released 7 days after checkout
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

What to Expect

• AWD/4WD recommended during snow or ice
• The resort is still developing – some construction may occur nearby
• Wildlife sightings are common in the area — please do not feed or approach animals, and avoid leaving food in your car or outside.
• We have regular pest control, but bugs can still get in. Please keep doors closed.

Cabin & Guest Security

• Exterior security cameras are located at the front door (overlooking the porch and parking) and at the rear door (facing the backyard; audio disabled for your privacy)
• No indoor cameras
