Noelani 203 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 2nd floor featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, a remodeled kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with tropical touches and a large flat-screen TV. A split A/C unit is also equipped in the living room and bedroom, ceiling fans are available to help stay cool. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

The comfortable bedroom includes a King-size bed and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The bedroom is also equipped with a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a large walk-in shower. The oceanfront lanai includes a dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The high-end kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Ample counter space provides additional seating for 2 and makes meal prepping a breeze.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.
