Step into charm with this 1926 property, where each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, convenient nightstands for charging devices, a desk, dresser, and a spacious closet with plenty of hangers for all your clothing. Enjoy the blend of modern comfort and classic character!

Guests have access to the entire upper unit and the yard; however, please note that some doors are secured for owner/cleaner use only.

Our hosts are available through the platform messaging system from 8 AM to 10 PM.

* IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- For your peace of mind, we’ve got you covered with Safely’s damage insurance! For just $10 per night, you’ll receive extra protection throughout your stay, ensuring a worry-free experience for both you and the property.
- Please note: To complete your booking, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
- Any rental over 30 days requires a signed residential lease.
- The front door is secured with a deadbolt; the handle needs to be pulled up before the door can be locked.
- No tampering with devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- The wood floors are very soft; please remove your shoes immediately, especially heels.
- Pets are allowed but must not be left unattended.

* Pet Policy:
- The unit is pet-friendly but with certain limitations. Guests must notify the host at the time of booking if they wish to bring a pet and provide details including the number of pets (limit of 2), size and breed, and confirmation that pets are potty-trained and well-behaved.
- A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies per stay, and the owner must agree to cover any damages or additional cleaning costs exceeding this fee.
- Owners are required to clean up after their dogs immediately when using the yard.
- Dogs may not be left alone in the unit if they are prone to excessive barking or destructive behavior.
