If it is an overnight emergency, just text me or call me repeatedly, and I will get the idea.
Location, Location, Location. 14th Street is bar none the hottest venue for restaurants and theater. Easy access to the National Mall, Museums, and Galleries.
U Street has become popular with its bars and nightclubs in theaters.
And you're located a 3 min walk to the metro and a half block from 14th Street and from U Street. I would encourage you to go to Ggle maps and search 14th St NW and U Street Washington for more information on the neighborhood.
You won't need a car.
You are just 1/2 block 3 min walk from the green, yellow, line Metro. The green line takes you directly back and forth to the airport. It is the fastest and most consistent means of transportation to and from the airport. Uber & Lyft are minutes away. DC has an elaborate bus system with state-of-the-art hybrid buses. DC is a bike and scooter friendly city. Lanes. Rental bikes and scooters located at every major intersection throughout the city.
Much of what you would like to do is within walking distance. I would encourage you to go to Ggle maps and search on the apartment address 1331 Wallach PL NW for up to date information on restaurants, bars shops and more. If you would like to eat in there is a Trader Joes grocery store at the end of the block.

All 3 beds are queen size. An air mattress is available upon request
Please be accurate in your guest count so that I can adequately provide you with the amenities that you will require. Towels, sheets, toiletries, beverages, etc. Also, it significantly impacts the amount of time, effort, and supplies required to prepare the house for the next guest.
