Just a 20-minute walk to Pillar Point Harbor, the Miramar Beach Restaurant, or a 15-minute walk to Surfer’s Beach, this unit provides easy access to the highlights of the coast.
Great location and base to enjoy local activities, attend events at the Oceano or Maverick’s, or just simply enjoy the restaurants and brew-pubs on the coast.
This 1-bedroom apartment is the lower level of a 2-story home. You'll have a private entrance and your own driveway. It has a comfortable living room with a wall-mounted smart television for you to access your streaming services.
The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with a full closet. A single, full bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combination, with all towels provided.
