Location
Nestled in a peaceful rural setting, Hawk’s Nest Retreat offers the ideal combination of tranquility and convenience. Located just a 15-minute drive to downtown and 5 minutes from the Miller Hill shopping centers, you'll enjoy a quiet atmosphere without sacrificing easy access to local attractions.

Main Level
Step into a bright, open space filled with natural light pouring in from the walk-out patio. The cozy living area invites you to kick back and relax, featuring comfortable Joybird sofas. Curl up by the electric fireplace or enjoy a movie on the 55" LED Smart TV, which is capable of streaming from all your favorite apps. Traveling with a large party? One of the sofas pulls out into a full-size bed, providing extra sleeping space for one adult or two children. The designated workspace is well-lit and conveniently located near outlets for easy laptop setup, and don’t worry — the complimentary WiFi is reliable and ready to keep you connected.

The kitchen is large, modern, and equipped with all the basic amenities to help you prepare a home-cooked meal. Stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove top and dishwasher, make cooking and cleanup a breeze. When you awake, enjoy a fresh pot of coffee from Duluth Coffee Company, providing a local touch to your morning routine.

For your convenience, a half bath and laundry facilities are also located on the main level.

Second Level
The second level features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all designed with simplicity and sophistication in mind. The spacious master bedroom is a true retreat, complete with a king-size mattress, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. For your convenience, there's also a Smart TV in the master, so you can unwind in comfort after a day of exploring.

The other two bedrooms bring in a bright, bold pop of color, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Each of these rooms is furnished with a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and portable fans for extra comfort.

The main bathroom is perfect for families traveling with children, as it includes a bathtub/shower combo, ideal for bath time or relaxing soaks.

Additional Amenities
Comfort is key at Hawk’s Nest Retreat. Enjoy the cool relief of AC during the hot summer months, as well as a heated double-car garage. Additional parking is available for up to two more cars outside. Outside, take in the peaceful country atmosphere from the back patio, which is equipped with an outdoor sectional, a gas fire table, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking and relaxation.

We welcome your furry friends! This is a dog-friendly property, allowing up to two dogs (pet fee: $75 per dog). Please note that only dogs are permitted — no other pets allowed.
