Dieses Stadthaus befindet sich Oceanside in Kawama Yacht Club, im Herzen von Key Largo, nur wenige Minuten entfernt von John Pennekamp State Park, weltweit bekannt für seine hervorragende Tauchen, Schnorcheln und Angeln. Mit guten Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen Sie eine Pause vom Kochen und genießen Sie Ihren Abend nach einem Tag auf dem Meer.
Das Stadthaus ist geschmackvoll mit einem Strandhaus-Ambiente eingerichtet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern, die bequem Platz für 8 Personen bieten, einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit großen Etagenbetten und Etagenbetten mit zwei Einzelbetten, 2 Bädern, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Esszimmer mit viel Platz der Sitzfläche. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Gelegen mit einem schönen Blick auf den Salzwassersee und neben dem "Strand" auf dem See sowie einem der Schwimmbäder. Das Layout und die Lage ist perfekt für Familien, da die Erwachsenen entspannen können und beobachten Sie die Kinder schwimmen und spielen im See, wie sie auf der abgeschirmten Veranda sitzen. Die Benutzung eines Golfwagens ist ebenfalls inbegriffen (muss lizenzierter Fahrer sein, um zu funktionieren). Ein Gasgrill auf der Veranda ist ebenso vorhanden wie Angelruten und Schnorchelausrüstung. Kostenloses Highspeed-Internet und WLAN, das bis zum Poolbereich reichen kann, sind ebenso enthalten wie ein Amazon-Echo. (Frag einfach Alexa, ob er Jimmy Buffet-Musik spielen soll oder wie das Wetter wird)
Zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Clubs gehört ein Yachthafen (mit Bootsrampe) auf der Meerseite des Key Largo neben dem Molasses Riff. Dies ist eine Wohnanlage mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, einem Salzwassersee voller Unterwasserwelt (kein Angeln erlaubt), einem kleinen Sandstrand am Meer, einem Anlegesteg, an dem Sie angeln können, und den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang beobachten können, 2 Swimmingpools, ein Kinderspielplatz und Tennisplätze. Diese Annehmlichkeiten machen Kawama zum besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay in Kawama. The pools are nice and we enjoyed playing pickle ball on the courts (day and evening with lights) as well as checking out some local attractions.. The unit was nice to stay in and was stocked with all the main supplies that are needed. Although the unit could use some updates, it was very nice.

Family beach house

Kawana is an older gated community with a mix of row houses, 3-story apartment buildings with pools and swimming and pricier condos with boat launch. This site is in one of the first properties to be developed and it’s a comfortable and affordable vacation rental.

Perfect family vacation

We had the perfect family vacation! Townhouse had everything we needed and the location was perfect! My 9 year old loved having the lagoon right out the back door while my 12 year old had a blast fishing at the jetty- even catching a barracuda! The golf cart was a nice bonus to cruise around on. The whole resort area was clean and well maintained . Felt super safe and secure having a gate guard. My husband and son went on a night charter and the guard was even there at 2am to let them back in. The resort was close to everything so we didn’t waste our vacation time driving. All the local restaurants were fantastic! Great communication between the owner and also housekeeper for check out. I really can’t think of anything negative to say about our entire trip. We’re already planning our next vacation back!

Great location

Condo had a great location with amities for all in a family. My family enjoyed the golf cart and kayak. The salt water lagoon with jumping pad was fun for all. We stayed over the 4th and the Key Largo parade was a great event.

Great location

The property was at the perfect location. Kitchen seemed to be recently updated but the rest of the house could use updating. Electrical and plumbing seemed to be the big concerns. When taking a shower don’t turn on the washer or try to use the other shower, there will be no water pressure. As far as the electrical, same issue, don’t use a hair dryer with lights on or the lights will start to flicker.

We Love the Keys

Excellent location, minutes from great restaurants and amenities. The lanai overlooking the lagoon is a great spot to have a morning cup of coffee. Our grandchildren stopped by and really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was recently updated, and there are some things that need to be finished, but it was well stocked with pantry items, cookware, sunscreen, and insect repellent.

Everything we needed & then some!

-Good commo with Mr. Yong before booking & after stay -Unit was clean & the maid left us a little treat basket -We felt safe in this gated community -Everything we needed (& then some) for a comfortable stay ex. fully stocked kitchen w/Keurig, reg. coffee maker & espresso machine; many spices, olive oil, sugar, flour, coffee, tea, containers, cooking utensils, pots/pans, Ziploc bags & plastic wrap etc.; plenty of linens, bath & beach towels, sunscreen, aloe, sun hats, pool noodles, coolers, bait buckets, kayak, snorkeling/diver down flag, beach umbrella/blanket, board games & dominoes -Nice clean & heated pool(s) & lagoon w/fish was just steps f/unit where I could watch the kids f/lanai -Space was limited (but free) in the boat yard. We always found a spot for our 18ft Robalo & launching f/their boat ramp was easy (watch low tide)! -Location was great for getting the boat out quickly to the Pennekamp reefs/wrecks (GORGEOUS & CLEAR water to 26ft+) & it was also wonderful for walking to a few restaurants (Pilot House, Key Largo Fisheries Backyard Cafe) & Dolphins Plus Marine Mammal Responder-our kids swam w/the dolphins there. Walgreens, Family Dollar & a few other stores & restaurants are about 1mi+ -Parking at unit is tight, but we fit our F150 between the golf cart & the neighbor's SUV w/o a problem -No ceiling fans in BRs, only 1 box fan, recommended oscillating fan to owner Overall, a great stay, we recommend it & will try to re-book for our next stay in Key Largo!

Spring break

This was our 2nd spring break at Kawama Yacht Club, 2 couples with 14 and 15 year old boys. The condo was perfect with a great location near the lagoon beach and pool. This is a perfect place for a quiet, more mature vacation with no rowdy crowds and is more natural than commercial. Walking distance to Key Largo Fisheries, easy day trips to Bahia Honda, Islamorada, Everglades, snorkeling, even caught a Marlins game and got back in time to catch the sunset.

Great property. Our second stay at Kawama and we loved it. Lots of friendly people. The screened-in porch overlooks the lagoon, and the pool is less than 100 feet away. Centrally located between Key Largo and Islamorada. Perfect location. Tons of great restaurants...a few within walking distance. Will definitely visit again. Thank you Jorge!

Perfect stay!

This place had absolutely everything we needed. We had one infant, a few adults and our grandma. So finding a rental to accommodate everyone was somewhat challenging. This rental had a golf cart for grandma and a nice pool for the baby. We also enjoyed snorkeling in the salt water lagoon and saw lots of interesting fish. The jetty was also incredible for both sunsets and stargazing. If we ever get back down this way, we will be looking to stay here again!

Location Saves the Day!

I'm hesitant to complain about a stay in beautiful Key Largo and especially since we usually enjoy this set of places very much. Location is great. The lagoon and screened porch delightful. Beds comfortable. That said, this particular unit was not exactly as it was advertised. For example, if we had wanted to use either patio it would have required some extensive pick up and cleaning to make it enjoyable. In general, the unit wasn't very clean and in need of some basic repairs. Bikes were not rideable without a call to the owner. Lizard droppings on floors and in one bed. Several little annoyances that added up to just an ok review.

Great Location

Kawama Club is a great place to stay with many amenities. Jorge's unit is in a great location and was just as described. The golf cart was certainly a plus. Communications with Jorge were great and he responded right away. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back and visit again.

Great for water lovers

We loved everything about this vacation. The townhouse was clean and contained everything we could possibly need for a family vacation plus some extras like a huge cooler. The bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds was great for our kids who dont want to sleep in the same bed. We traveled with our 13 and 20 year old kids who both love fish, swimming, kayaking and all things water. We brought 2 kayaks but loved being able to also use the kayak that was at the condo, and we loved using the golf cart to travel to the jetty to fish. We especially loved snorkeling in the lagoon which was teeming with fish. We spent a ton of time just snapping the townhouse an amenities of the Kawama community. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with the owner. Would rent again.
