Other things to note
No pets allowed.
House also has a small karaoke machine for fun and entertainment. A fun record player and small unique collection of records to explore included. We also have Bluetooth speakers in several rooms for streaming music from your own phone.
House has bedroom window AC to cool the sleeping areas upstairs. The house does not have central AC. However, there are two fans downstairs and for most of the summer opening windows at night and closing them in the morning works really well in our Montana summers.
