A quiet place to spread out and relax, Fifty Second is the perfect spot to host a family getaway or take in a game weekend with friends. Minutes from Texas Tech or the Medical District, this centrally-located home is also close to a variety of restaurants and places to shop. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, Fifty Second can comfortably house up to 6 guests during your stay.

The space
Located in a quiet and established neighborhood, Fifty Second offers a large driveway and a 2 car garage with wireless access.

Sit in one of the rocking chairs on the large covered back porch and watch the game on the 44” TV. Cook your favorite meal on the propane griddle-grill combo, or play a game of corn hole out on the lawn. And the small patio located off of the dining room is a great place to have your morning coffee.

Fifty Second has 3 bedrooms available for guests; two rooms with a king bed, and one room with two full beds. The Master also includes a bathroom with standup shower. There are also individual TVs with Roku in each bedroom so everyone can binge their favorite shows.

The open concept family and dining area has a 55” TV and skylights to let natural light into the space. The dining room table seats four with two seats nearby at the bar.

A full sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a variety of cooking utensils allow you to serve up meals all while enjoying a drink in one of the many serving glasses. There is a large coffee maker on the sideboard along with filters and plenty of mugs.

Through the kitchen is a furnished laundry room as well as an ironing board for your convenience.

Extras include a variety of board games and some children’s toys as well as a pack-n-play and highchair if needed.

We are a local family, so if a need occurs, we’re available to help and there are exterior security cameras out front.
