A Poolside Paradise
This ground-level condo is just steps from the brand-new outdoor pool, making it easy to take a dip or lounge in the sun. You’ll also have access to a gazebo and firepit for cozy evenings and a children’s play area for the little ones.

Added Convenience
While this condo is on the ground floor, the parking lot is on the opposite side of the building. It’s just a 50-foot walk to the entrance, and you can either take the sidewalk around the building or use the elevator through the lobby for easy access.

There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.
