However after bringing this to the managements attention, they located me a great location that met all of our needs and was extremely satisfactory. think maybe the first one was just a mistake that fell through the cracks. But they resolved it very professionally.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful cabin and very clean! Check In was at 4pm and when booked website stated 2pm, it was not honored for the 2pm. Getting to the cabin wasn’t the easiest but we managed.

The proximity to Bryson is great. It sits on quite an incline so prepare yourself for the drive. If you’re looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay with more than enough amenities, it’s a good spot for you. A few warnings: Don’t expect great WiFi but it’s clearly stated before you arrive. Check the router if you’re struggling to connect. Info is there. Unfortunately, hot tub went down right before we made it, but we received a call and a partial refund accordingly. Also a burn ban was in effect. Things happen!

Not good

The Wi-Fi never connected to the internet. Then managing office didn't help with this issue. The oven on the gas range took forever to cook even a regular frozen pizza. The location has mo signal for any cell coverage, and there's no land line that works. So, if you need to make any calls or look anything up you have to travel to the bottom of the mountain to a gas station to do so. One tv wouldn't come on in one of the br upstairs. The other br ha issues with the sound (hmmming and buzzing noise).

Jenny's was nice but has some struggles

Also, it comes with some outside pups from the neighbors if you feel like befriending them. Super sweet dogs. My largest complaint about this space is cell phone signal and wi-fi. It was IMPOSSIBLE to connect and do anything. My son was with me and he goes to school online. We had to drive into the city and use my mobile hot spot to do ANYTHING. Such a nightmare. If you can get this taken care of, this is the PRIME spot to stay.

Nice but some things need attention

The wifi password we were given didn't work so we had no internet the whole time. The upstairs bad room fan had a bad odor when it came on like possible wire burning so we kept it off. Property was very pretty but not happy with having to come home to hire an exterminator for possibly carrying bugs back. And there is a rope on the cliff beside the back door someone could possibly be looking inside that kitchen door which has no blind or curtain on it. Kinda creepy.

Could Have Been Better

Broken upstairs shower. Overly soft bed upstairs that caused one of my friends to leave early because of back pain and not sleeping all night. Hot tub was not very warm when we arrived. Shower/tub combo downstairs had a very slick surface and I requested, but did not receive a bath mat. Will not recommend this place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked into Jenny’s cabin on 1/28/22 for a 3 night stay checking out on 1/31/22. When we first checked into our cabin we immediately had to call the company and have house keeping come out, when she came out she done a great job. That was problem 1 problem 2 was we found 2 roaches problem 3 the internet never worked our whole stay. Problem 4 the home said it had a fire place and it was never to be found. Problem 5 was that I am just now getting over the chemical burn from the hot tub as of last week. We informed the front desk and she said that she had jotted down some notes and would let the homeowner know how they can better the next stay, and we never did get a call back from the company or homeowner this will not be our only review left.
