Dieses warme und einladende Haus mit 7 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern erstreckt sich über 4 Etagen mit komfortablen Zimmern, geräumigen, offenen Wohnbereichen und einem privaten, vollständig eingezäunten Garten. Das Haus befindet sich in perfekter Lage in South Orleans, nur wenige Minuten von den Lower Cape-Dörfern Chatham, Brewster und Orleans entfernt. Ein wunderschöner Strand an der malerischen Pleasant Bay befindet sich gleich die Straße hinunter.

Ein einzigartiger, 30 Meter langer Swimmingpool dominiert den Hinterhof und ist komplett privat. Die Vorder-, Seiten- und Hinterhöfe erstrecken sich über einen Hektar, reich an Gärten und voller Blumen zum Genießen.

Die Küche verfügt über eine große Insel mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, einem Wikinger-Kochfeld, hochwertigen Edelstahlgeräten und einem Country French Farm-Tisch, an dem bequem eine große Gruppe Platz findet.

Ein riesiges Mahagoni-Außendeck grenzt an eine Zedernsauna für 5 Personen und an eine clever gestaltete Außendusche im Mahagoni-Fassstil. Ein großer Whirlpool rundet die Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts ab. Ein Weber Genesis-Gasgrill und eine Feuerstelle im Freien sowie eine großzügige Auswahl an Plüsch-Liegestühlen und mehreren Sonnenschirmen machen das Abhängen am Pool zu einem Erlebnis, das dem eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in nichts nachsteht. (Hinweis: Der große Whirlpool ist nur außerhalb der Saison verfügbar.)

Zwei der sieben Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad, ein weiteres ist sehr groß und verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit TV. Die vier Badezimmer sind alle mit Duschen ausgestattet, und zwei der Badezimmer verfügen zusätzlich über eine Badewanne, eine davon mit Whirlpool (siehe ausführliche Beschreibung unten).

Der Keller im Rumpusraum / Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 6 Personen in zwei Doppelbetten und zwei Einzelkojen. Hier haben Kinder (und Erwachsene) einen besonderen Ort zum Verweilen mit einem Smart-TV und einer kleinen Bühne für Shows !.

September family reunion

This house was a great fit for our family get-together. The kitchen was a cook's delight! It was well-stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware for all of us, along with an assortment of pots, pans, and kitchen accessories. The large table in the kitchen allowed us to eat together and play games/puzzles. There was plenty of room in the house so we weren't on top of each other. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house in a heartbeat.

Perfect family retreat

My family and I were so pleased with this beautiful house! Tucked away on a lovely landscaped and private lot, In ground pool, sauna and outdoor shower were perfect for staying home with the three babies. The bedrooms were spacious enough to accommodate full sized cribs. The Huge farm table in the kitchen allowed us to have a big family dinner every night. We had a BBQ and sat by the fire pit and stared at the sky with a million stars. Absolutely epic vacay in a perfect cape house! I recommend this house to anyone with a large party of guests who just want to relax! Jeff is a great host and answers texts immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Family Reunion for 90th bday of grandmother

17 of us stayed in Jeff's home and it was perfect for our family reunion with family aged 17-90. The best part was the huge well stocked kitchen and the beautiful outdoor space with a pretty pool and lots of seating. Jeff was super responsive and pleasant and easy to deal with. We had a fun day doing Art's Dune Tour in Provincetown and lobster rolls at Day's Deli nearby. Highly recommend.

My husband & I enjoyed a week here with our 4 children their spouses & 6 grandchildren, ages 3-8. The huge kitchen & especially the pool were a hit with everyone. The bedrooms were not ideal but we made it work.

Cape Cod vacation

Perfect venue and layout for our large extended family with each family group having their own area and bathroom and the teen boys in the bunk room. Great central location to explore the Cape and your dog can explore worry free in the large fenced in yard. Pool also got a lot of use. The A/C unit for the bunk room failed during our stay but owner had a new unit delivered within hours and we just hooked it up since install was easy.

Amazing, comfortable stay

We loved Jeff and Mary's place! Booked for a Cape bachelorette party and knew the weather might be iffy so we wanted some place cozy. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures, with comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. And entertaining ready with a stereo system, a beautiful patio, and large tvs. Jeff is very prepared with check-in materials and super communicative. Totally recommend their place!

Girls weekend 2023

This was our annual girls weekend usually around 20 or so, this year a bit less at 16. The house was perfect for our gathering. Huge, lovely well appointed kitchen was perfect for all of us to prep, cook and serve together. Also clean up was quick with all the sink and dishwasher options. The bedrooms are well thought-out and the decor throughout is beautiful. The living room is so cozy and comfy for all to gather. The deck with its sauna, hot tub tables chaises and chairs was perfect as we had unseasonably warm weather! We still managed a fire in the fire pit at night which was beautiful as well. Bathrooms were beautiful and more than enough for all of us. The girls loved the karaoke machine in the basement...much fun and laughs ensued. Jeff could not have been a nicer host bringing us a gorgeous flower arrangment for the front hallway to greet us on arrival and wine at the ready on the island as well as dropping off two delicious local bakery coffee cakes which everyone loved. This was a memorable and relaxing weekend for all...thank you Jeff and Mary for your hospitality! We will be back.

Big/Nice house, very nice owner

We had 14 ppl age 2-75 and there were a lot of great things about the house: check in was easy and the owner Jeffrey let us check in early. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with the entire time! The house has a big kitchen for family dinners, a big sitting room, a tv room that we made a playroom, a big pool (not heated), a hot tub which we used a bunch, outdoor shower and a fun karaoke stage in the basement. The deck was great for dinners and we used the grill and fire pit. One room is very small- just fits a bed and a dresser. It’s also the only one on the first floor. The downstairs “kids room” ended up not working out because the bunk beds don’t have rails, the big kids hit their heads because they are up so high, and the downstairs also has a furnace room and a garage, neither of which can be locked, which didn’t work for our very curious 3 and 4yos. The top floor bedrooms are also railroad style so you have to walk through one to get to the other/the bathroom which wasn’t ideal. I think showing a floor plan would help this listing. This is our third summer on the cape all together and the other two houses we stayed in had a garage full of fun - bikes, kayaks, toys, etc. this house didn’t come with anything (inc beach towels) which was hard as we flew in. It’s also between 2 main roads which made running/walking challenging. Can’t walk to beaches but close drive to everything else! We won’t stay again but would def work for others!

What a beautiful and welcoming home that so many people were able to enjoy making so many wonderful family memories there together! It was like a precious gem that was secluded and private like it’s own compound. It was like a retreat with all the amenities like the pool and sauna and hot tub and so many living spaces…to read, lounge or enjoy playing a game. So grateful to have enjoyed spending time there with others enjoying every detail of the property providing anything and everything to make an unmistakable memory for all that were there. The home felt like it was a welcoming warm hug the moment you walked up the front path to the front door. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. This is the first vrbo I have rented that is actually larger than it looks online. A true "10"

12 friends had a fabulous time escaping to this beautiful home. Everything from the kitchen to the sauna was well-used and much-enjoyed. Great place for a family reunion

We had 22 family members at out reunion ranging in age from 3-80. The house had plenty of space for everyone both when we gathered as a group and when people wanted private time. The pool was a big hit with lots of space for swimming and game playing. The kitchen worked well for preparing meals for 22 and the deck was a great place to eat. Hope to return next year

This was such a gorgeous house in a great location so close to the beach, restaurants and plenty of adventures. Amazing home

Wonderful stay and great place for large families

We had a wonderful stay over the Chirstmas holidays. It was a family vacation with my siblings, our partners, children, and dogs. The setup is great for big families with an awesome large space in the basement for the kids. The common space and kitchen are fantastic. We loved the fireplace especially during the festive season. And we also loved having the hot tub and sauna for the adults. It is a great location near many pretty beaches where we could walk the dogs and enjoy the environment. Owner was very responsive when we had an extrememly minor issue with the heat and helped us get it fixed right away.

Fabulous experience!

I have rented many properties over the years for large family reunions, and this was the best. Very comfortable and well-appointed without feeling stuffy or like you are walking on eggshells. Warm, welcoming and the best equipped kitchen -- including 2 dishwashers and an amazing array of cooking equipment. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. I recommend without hesitation!
