Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a full size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Designated guest parking spots are located throughout the community, though not directly in front of the property. Street parking is not allowed on this block.
• Please note that a $150 Linen Fee will be added automatically to all reservations.
• Bayside resort charges an optional fee to all persons age 5 or older for use of community amenities including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center

Jan 1 - May 15- 3 day pass is $40/person and the 7 day pass is $70/person
Sept. 23- Dec.31 - 3 day pass is $40/person and the 7 day pass is $70/person.
May 16- Sept 22 - 3 day pass $65/person and the 7 day pass is $115/person
