It features wide plank floors, antiques and furniture that has a casual yet beautiful feel. Kick back in the cozy living area of the main house with fireplace and TV, hang out in the large open sun porch addition and feel the cool ocean breeze, or play cards in the kitchen and watch the view.

You'll be able to cook whatever you desire in the fully equipped kitchen, which has all the essentials you're used to, and a table that seats the whole family. Take your meals outside at the patio and enjoy the solitude of your scenic backyard. There's also a gas grill for anyone keen on barbecuing.

The original section of the house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and closet, with a shared full bathroom in between. Beyond the sunporch, as part of the addition, there are two additional bedrooms. The larger bedroom on this side of the home has 2 twin beds and the smaller has one twin bed. There is an additional daybed on on the sunporch.

This home is perfect for groups of friends or a family. There is a shed filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, and everything you might need for a memorable Cape vacation.
