The Sandy Bear is located on a quiet residential street in Glen Arbor, with sweeping views of Lake Michigan, steps from the beach, and a short walk to downtown. This spacious, family-ready retreat, comfortably sleeps 8 adults, and has 3 living spaces and 4 porches for relaxing and enjoying beautiful views at any time of day. There are 2 full bathrooms with tiled showers and double vanities (the master bath also has a separate bathtub), 1 half bath and an outdoor enclosed shower for freshening up after a long day of play.
The first floor features an open layout for the kitchen, dining and living rooms, a wood burning fireplace, flatscreen TV, half bath and the master suite. There are two porches on the first floor -the front porch is perfect to enjoy the morning sun to start your day and a screened-in back porch follows the sunset and has its own separate wood burning fireplace.
The second floor has two bedrooms and one den- all with queen beds. There are two decks with beautiful views of the lake and sunsets, a central seating area, and a full bath with double vanities.
The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with essentials, spices and cookware to help create memorable meals. The adjoining dining table seats ten and the breakfast bar offers four spots. The screened-in porch also has a pub table with four chairs.
In addition to the outdoor shower and porches, there is parking for four cars and a garden and fire pit for enjoying the outdoors. Steps away at our street's beach, we've set aside beach chairs for your use (labeled Sandy Bear).

Things to know:
- Sorry no pets are allowed
- When utilizing the beach, please reside within the main area, not in front of our neighbor's homes which are private up to the high water mark. You can of course walk along the entire waterfront of Lake Michigan.
- At the end of each day please stack and place our "Sandy Bear" beach chairs next to the beach deck
- This is a quiet residential street, with mostly full-time residents. Thank you for respecting your neighbors
