The Neighborhood:
Windsor Island Resort is the sister resort to the highly popular Windsor at Westside Resort, located nearby. As the newest addition to the Windsor resort communities, Windsor Island was established in 2020 and boasts a prime location with incredible clubhouse amenities inspired by Hawaii.

The resort features the largest community water park among the Windsor resorts, complete with a spacious resort-style swimming pool, a lazy river, water slides, and a children’s water playground and splash pad. Guests can relax in family cabanas and enjoy refreshments from the poolside bar, which offers a variety of drinks and snacks. Additional amenities include a fitness center, game room, café, ice cream shop, multipurpose room, and a cozy fire pit area perfect for viewing fireworks. A scenic tropical walkway adds to the resort's charm.

For sports enthusiasts, Windsor Island Resort offers a range of activities, including basketball and sand volleyball courts, as well as a putt-putt golf course.

Getting Around:
Enjoy a seamless stay at Windsor Island Resort with convenient transportation options. Guests have complimentary on-site parking, including space for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, along with local taxi options for easy access to theme parks, shopping centers, and dining spots. While public transportation is limited, car rentals or ride-sharing are recommended for flexibility.

Windsor Island Resort may also offer shuttle services to nearby attractions—be sure to check with the front desk for availability. Major destinations are just a short drive away, with Walt Disney World approximately 20–25 minutes, Universal Studios 35–40 minutes, SeaWorld 30 minutes, and Orlando International Airport around 40–45 minutes

Important Notice:

To access the resort, all adult guests (18+) must be registered in advance. The HOA office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM — so please provide names as soon as possible for a smooth check-in process.

•Windsor Cay is a new community and is currently under construction. While the home is fully ready and stocked for your stay, you may see light landscaping or construction in the surrounding area.
•Windsor Cay amenities are not yet available, but you’ll have access to all Windsor Island Resort amenities during your stay.
• Our home is located in a newly developed community, and while the property itself is fully ready for your stay, you may notice some ongoing landscaping work in the surrounding area. This is part of the final stages of the community’s development.


Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

We're happy to deliver:
- Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).
