The cabin is equipped with a hair dryer, air conditioning, and heating to ensure a comfortable stay. You'll enjoy the luxury of premium 100% cotton sheets, soft and thick bath towels, and complimentary toiletries. Upon arrival, we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and a set of shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap.

These complimentary supplies are intended to cover shorter stays or help you settle in on your first day and are not designed to last for the entire duration of longer stays. -Dogs are welcome, except for puppies (less than 1 year old) and the following breeds: German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, Belgian Shepherd, Dutch Shepherd, and ALL OTHER Shepherd breeds, as well as Pit Bulls, Border Collies, Huskies, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Great Pyrenees, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and similar breeds or their related types.
-Cats are not permitted.
-Pets must weigh no more than 55lbs. (Approval will still be determined based on the breed's typical weight range)
-A pet fee of $125 PER PET is required for a maximum of two pets.

Cleanliness:
The Black Hills Enclave team’s commitment to cleanliness is unwavering. Between each guest, we meticulously mop floors, vacuum carpets, scrub kitchen and bathroom surfaces, replace the shower liner, wash all bedding (including quilts/shams), bleach all sheets and towels, and ensure everything is back in its place before new guests arrive.

Black Hills Enclave- Additional Rules
1. If issues arise during your stay, you'll have to communicate promptly with us. Good communication between us (the host) and the guest is important for successful stays. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we are reaching out to resolve an issue.
2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless pre approved.
4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors and other guests in the building.
5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
6 If bringing a pet:
6.1 We don't allow cats, puppies (less than 1 year old) and the following breeds: German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, Belgian Shepherd, Dutch Shepherd, and ALL OTHER Shepherd breeds, as well as Pit Bulls, Huskies, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Great Pyrenees, and Bernese Mountain Dogs. If any of these dog breeds is brought to the property and we find out then that will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
6.2 A pet fee of $125 per pet is required for a maximum of two pets. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the payment.
6.3 Pets must weigh no more than 55 lbs.

6.5 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog's poop)
6.6 No pets allowed on furniture or beds.
7. Follow state laws when using the fire pit and outdoor grill. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.
8. For noise complaints:
8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
9. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.
10. Hot tub. The hot tub is always serviced and tested after each guest's stay. To keep it clean and safe, please follow these guidelines:
10.1 Only swimwear is allowed—no regular clothes.
10.2 Avoid bringing drinks or food into the hot tub to prevent spills and contamination.
10.3 Please rinse off any lotions or oils before entering, as these can disrupt the water's chemical balance.
10.4 Do not use glass containers to prevent breakage.
10.5 Always keep the cover on when not in use.
Please note that an extra cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
11. Follow all check-out procedures:
11.1 Wash dishes, and please put them on the drying rack before leaving.
11.2 Place all towels and wash rags on the bathroom floor.
11.3 Remove all trash from the cabin, including any food and condiments in the refrigerator. To dispose of your trash, please use the green dumpster near the entrance.
Note:
* Up to $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches, carpet). All damages will also be charged to guests.
* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late, the guest will be charged $100.
* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to guests.
