The Space:
THE SKINNY: This beautiful waterfront home in downtown St. Augustine is newly renovated and offers a tranquil escape to welcome you with breathtaking views and a private dock and patio. It’s a perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation or to host an intimate gathering (up to 75 people) with your friends and loved ones. Boaters and fishing lovers are welcome as there is plenty of boat trailer parking in the driveway and a Marina just a stone's throw away! The home is situated just on the outskirt of historic downtown so it makes for an easy venture by foot, bike or car into the city. The space boasts a wood burning fire pit, books, yoga mats, a work out station, and plenty of patio seating, so there is truly something for everyone to enjoy in this little slice of heaven.
THE SPACE: This intentionally renovated home provides both comfort and style, with a light-filled interior designed to make you feel at home. The spacious living area opens via a set of French doors onto the shaded back deck with dots of sun, also a prime entertaining space. The fully loaded kitchen opens is situated next do a the dining area and includes a coffee bar. The home also includes spacious 3 bedrooms with luxurious linens, ensuring restful nights after a day of exploration. Bathrooms are well-appointed with walk-in showers as well as a shower tub. And you can't forget to check out the outdoor shower!
OPEN LIVING: The main level features an open concept living, kitchen and dining room.The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for the length of your stay. The living space includes a sofa bed for two extra guests if needed. Linens and towels are included.
THE LAYOUT: This home has a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom layout.
Bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor.
Primary Bedroom 1 with Full Bathroom: A queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
Primary Bedroom 2 with Full Bathroom: A king bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub.
Guest Bedroom with Full Bathroom: Located on the 2nd floor. 2 Twin beds and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
Guest Half Bath: Located on 1st floor off of living room and kitchen.
LAUNDRY: We offer a stackable washer and dryer inside the home. Starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.
THE PROXIMITY: The property is located just a couple of minutes from the heart of Downtown St. Augustine for guests wishing to explore the city’s shops, restaurants, and attractions.. For those with boats, there is a boat ramp located to the north at the Vilano Boat Ramp. There is a Publix grocery store and Target as well as Diane's Health Food Grocery store all within 5 minutes drive. Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 5-10 minute walk of the front door! To name a few: Georgie's Diner, Carmello's Pizza, Fish Camp, Crave, Ice Plant, Dog Rose Brewery, the views at Lake Maria Sanchez, and walking down Charlotte Street and St. George Street to take in the gorgeous turn-of-the-century homes. To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 35 minutes best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds
PARKING: There’s plenty of parking inside the gated area of the property.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated near non-drivable beaches You can drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent, Matanzas, Washington State Park, or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $149. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces. This includes the outdoor patio. The dock is not currently available for docking as it is under construction for an extension to accommodate the lower tides.
The Neighborhood:
There is so much to explore in the neighborhood! Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 15 minute walk or short drive of the front door! To name a few: Georgi's Diner, Buena Onda Cafe, The Local Refillery (shopping), Bog Brewery, Serenity Yoga, Graet Goods Clothing Store, antiques and furniture stores, etc. Just a few minutes east is historic King Street, where you can explore the most beautiful college campus in all of Florida, Flagler College! Just a block away is St. George Street, which is known for it's amazing shopping and restaurants! Nearby, picturesque Aviles Street is an art-collector's dream! Also located in this area are most of St. Augustine's special event venues like The Lightner Museum, The White Room, The Treasury and The Government House. I am more than happy to give recommendations. You will have an amazing time!
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
The dock is under construction (it is undergoing a 50 foot extension) and will be worked on over the next few months when guests are not present. Some equipment (saws and shovels) are on the property but are placed out of the way under a tarp.
There are 8 exterior cameras around the perimiter of the house, all facing away from the home, so there is no interior view. 1 doorbell camera, 4 cameras on the corners roof eaves of the house, 2 on either side of the back patio and 2 facing out to the water view. These cameras are intended to provide security to the home and our guests.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
EVENTS: Pre-approved events and special celebrations, like an intimate elopement or romantic honeymoon, are welcome at this charming waterfront. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
