Dies ist ein wirklich hübsch, super bequem Ocean Front Condo, direkt am Strand mit Pool. Direkt vorne Meerblick, es in der Pyramide auf der 95. Straße befindet, der Strand ist es schön und es ist Ocean City lifeguarded, ist es ein privater Strand, so dass die einzigen Leute, es gibt auch andere Mieter aus dem Gebäude, es ist sehr sauber und nicht schrecklich überfüllt.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein King und eigenem Bad in der Master und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Queen-Size-Betten und ein Bad direkt vor der Tür. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Flachbild-Fernseher. Es gibt eine aktualisierte Küche mit allem Geschirr und Kochgeschirr, die Sie benötigen, beide Bäder sind Fliesen. Der Wohnbereich bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und einem 40 "Flachbildschirm. Es gibt auch ein Ozean vor Bonus-Zimmer, das ist wunderbar zum Entspannen und beobachten das Meer. Great accommodations

Property was terrific. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed the enclosed sunroom as it was a tad chilly to be out on a balcony. Perfect place to relax and recharge!

YES! Rent this condo!

This unit is beautiful with colorful design elements everywhere you look and spotlessly clean. It is an oceanfront unit with gorgeous sunrises. We stayed here for a month and would do it again. The host/owner, Debbie, is top notch in communication and responds immediately. With linens, sheets, hair dryers, dishes, even wine glasses, AND an enclosed porch, this place is special and perfect.

Perfect in every way

We loved our visit to this property. Stand outs were cleanliness of property, beautifully decorated, ease of communication with property owner, proximity to beach, grocery, restaurants and the boardwalk was just a short drive away. The sunroom overlooking the ocean was so relaxing and one of my favorite things about this unit. We can't wait to come back.

Awesome Ocean City Condo!

This condo did not disappoint! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The screened in balcony with ocean views was our favorite hangout! We found the host was extremely responsive and left detailed instructions about the condo. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

Beautiful property and location

Although it was a rainy stay possibly due to Hurricane Helene, we had a great time. We would like to make a few suggestions: A written explanation of where the beach chairs and how to open the lock would be helpful Soap dispensers in bathrooms are pretty but don't work Drawers and closet doors are in need of repair. An independent outlet in the second bedroom would be good. I use a cpap machine and had to move to the master bedroom or have the lights on all night. Something to block the light in the entrance way at night....possibly a shade above the door. The kitchen is very well stocked and the furniture..beds, living room furniture,etc were very comfortable. All the appliances are in excellent condition . Awesome Birthday Week-end

Our trip was awesome! Debbie was always very responsive although we tried not to bother her too much :) The property was clean and super close to the beach. Since the beach is pretty much visited by the Pyramid guests it wasn't as crowded. Overall, amazing stay!

Owner tries to help

The communication with the owner was excellent. The property has a wonderful view. The interior needs A little bit of work on the tub that is peeling…. overall it is a lovely two bedroom two bath. Not much the owner could do regarding The noise During the day of the remodeling done next-door for that homeowner was pulling up ceramic floors and drilling. All work stops after 5 PM though I must admit I was disappointed to have to deal with the noise. However, the homeowner did answer when I called her and was very cooperative, letting me know it would stop after 5 PM and she said that’s what happens in the off-season when the rates are cheaper.

Forever Friends get away

The place surpassed our expectations, exuding more beauty than the pictures depicted. Even prior to our visit, I anticipated it would be lovely, but it truly felt like stepping into a luxurious island suite. Diane’s impeccable taste in decor was evident in every detail, right down to the delightful aroma permeating the space. The enclosed balcony, offering both tranquility and the option to embrace the soothing sounds and gentle breeze, was the perfect finishing touch.

Quality Living

The property was well appointed with quality items from the sink fixtures and encased mattresses, to the enclosed patio and multiple beach accessory options. Heads above what you would find in a hotel or other VRBO rentals. The owner clearly put a lot of love into her selections which made it feel like an upscale rental.

Very clean and awesome location!

This place is great and is just steps away from the beach! The place was very clean and check in was a breeze. I love the sunroom as it overlooks the pool and the ocean. It was so peaceful to sit and read a book while listening to the waves in the evening. There is also a grocery store and coffee shop right across the street and a 7-11 right next door which was very convenient especially with teenagers. Highly recommended and will definitely book again!

Nice Condo

Debbie’s condo was nice. Had all of the necessities that are needed. Great location. Great pool. Nice touch to have beach chairs and sand toys available (thank you). Only item to mention was parking. It was $40 for first car but then 2nd car was $20/day to park in the lot. You could park across 6 lane highway but that is not ideal with older parents and young children and lack of crosswalk. Just an FYI.

A clean, well-appointed unit, in a building that is right on the ocean. Debbie is easy to communicate with, and makes the rental process super easy. Our family had a great experience, for the second year in a row. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I live in a small town in Pennsylvania, I work in advertising sales, and most all of our vacations involved the beach, so one trip I decided to look into owning my own place, our son was out of school and we needed to start a new phase in life . Condo owning lets me do my second favorite hobby which is interior decorating, we spend all the off season improving the interiors of our properties. Its a great way to spend time together we look forward to our weekends working at the condo's. And while there we get to visit our son because he relocated to Ocean City and actually helps manage the properties. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay in our condo and come back for many years!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

After much searching and touring buildings, we found the Pyramid to be the "Best on the Beach", its an architectural marvel! This unique structure is 15 floors of solid concrete, and the final 5 stories are stick built.
The location and the design of the building made me want to own there. So we bought a one bedroom, then had the opportunity to buy a 2 bedroom right next door, this works out great for larger groups that would also like a little separation. The timeless design of this building appeals to vacationers year after year.
