From everyday essentials to special touches—like a margarita machine for fun evenings, Le Creuset cookware for cooking a delicious meal with fresh finds from the local farmer's market and a Nespresso coffee maker for your morning boost—this space has it all. Enjoy your meals around the indoor dining table, or take advantage of the adjacent glass table on the spacious deck, where you can dine al fresco while soaking in views of Mt. Sequoyah in a secluded treehouse vibe.

Both bedrooms, just off the kitchen, come complete with their own smart TVs and walk-in full bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all. The extra-large master room includes a convenient laundry space. Here, a plush king bed adorned with Cozy Earth linens has a hybrid foam-and-coil mattress promising a dreamy night’s sleep. The massive ceiling fan directly above the bed is a real treat! The queen guest bed in the second room is equally as comfy with a Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress and luxury bamboo sheets. For additional guests, both the master and guest bedroom offer plenty of space for a blow-up mattress (available upon request).

The main living room with couch and oversized leather chairs is charming and inviting, featuring a large smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace that creates a warm, welcoming ambiance perfect for relaxing evenings in. The open-concept allows for everyone to be together while watching tv, cooking and dining! Spin your favorite tunes on the record player or utilize the blue tooth speakers while playing the cards or board games provided. Outside, a circle drive provides ample free parking, making coming and going a breeze.
