Beautifully renovated and modern 1 BR apartment situated in the heart of Wortley Village! This unit in a duplex is located in a quiet and family-friendly area. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of great restaurants and local shops that are sure to satisfy all the cravings.
This fantastic place is excellent for both short and long-term stays, as we have a cozy work station, washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a full kitchen and a comfortable bed for a restful sleep. Come stay with us!

This newly renovated 1-bedroom unit is one of the 2 in the charming building. It features a full kitchen, a comfy dining space, dedicated workspace to stay productive and inspired, a large living room with a Smart TV, luxurious bathroom with a shower, as well as a large and cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed. In addition, we offer complimentary WiFi to our guests.
The suite can accommodate up to 2 guests, as the bedroom features one queen-size bed.

The front door has a key-pad panel for ease of entry. The guests can have access to all the areas within the unit, but no access to the backyard. Street parking is available but it is subject to city rules and regulations.

This property is located in a desirable neighbourhood of Wortley Village, just east of Wharncliffe Road South .

You can get anywhere in London by car from this suite. Get to all major attractions in less than 15 minutes. The location will surely not disappoint.

Bus stops are just a 1 minute walk from the suite that will take you anywhere you need to go in the City.

Everything you need for groceries, shopping, eateries and more are all within short walking distance. The location just can't get anymore convenient.

The house is located in a family-friendly neighbourhood, and it is one of the units in a duplex. Therefore, we ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours around.

We do not have private parking available, however street parking is free and available.

**There is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**

-NO EXTRA GUESTS
**A surcharge of $150.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**

-NO SMOKING, vaping, marijuana, hookah, candle, incense burning, or any open fire within the unit and the front porch
**Any evidence of smoking or open fire inside the unit or on the premises will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.**

- NO PETS are permitted inside the property. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.

- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
**$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**

-LAUNDRY
- Please use conservatively. No large, bulky, or hard objects.
**IMPORTANT: Please leave washing machine door slightly open to allow the machine to properly air out and avoid molding.**

- GARBAGE is to be separated, bagged, sealed, and thrown out in the appropriate bins. Garbage (black bin), Recycling (blue bin). Please put all waste from the unit to the appropriate outdoor bins

-MOVING THE FURNITURE. Please do not move indoor furniture outside, as it will cause damage.

- BROKEN KITCHENWARE. We understand that sometimes kitchenware gets accidentally broken or chipped, thus we always appreciate our guests letting us know promptly so we can reconcile the situation before our next guests arrive. Your honesty and the willingness to replace or financially compensate for such instances are greatly appreciated.

-INVENTORY CHECK. Our team performs an inventory check after every guest departure. If any of the items have been removed from the property, the replacement cost plus 20% will be charged to the guest, in order to cover the wages of the team member who needs to go purchase a new item(s) prior to the next guests arriving.

-ACCESSIBILITY. Unfortunately, it is not a wheel-accessible building, as there are a few steps to access the unit and the front porch.

-LONG-TERM STAYS. Guests staying for >5 days will be responsible for consumables after the initial reserve has been used and the cleaning of the unit during their stay.

-NOISE LEVELS. We ask our guests to respect others in regards to noise levels, as it is a duplex and there are other guests staying in the neighboring unit.

- Please wash, clean and put all dishes away.
- Please put all waste away in the appropriate outdoor bins and do not leave waste inside the unit.

Cozy, clean, had everything we needed

We were happy to find the place expected: clean, neat, everything we needed, all easy to find, all communication prompt and clear. Diana replied quickly to questions. During our visit there was a huge snowstorm so we really appreciated that someone came to shovel the driveway/entrance multiple times over the few days we were there. A few (minor) notes: the front bedroom mattress is very firm, the bathroom sink is above the counter so kids could not reach it on their own, and the lefthand bathroom cabinet door was not fully attached.

Tidy, comfortable space in pretty neighbourhood.

It was larger than expected and the beds were nice and firm. The appliances worked fine and the tub is quite deep. All you would need for making simple meals was there, but there's also several nice restaurants and pubs in the heart of Wortley village. Plus a little coffee shop with killer hot cocoa about a 5min. walk from the vrbo. The parking is a shared driveway with the house next door, but there was no issue with sharing the space. My only complaint is the stairs are quite noisy.

Great location, cool Apt

Close to the lovely Worley Village, this well-appointed apt was clean and neat with lots of special touches. Loved the area with great restaurants in the Village. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again soon!

Stairway to heaven

The accommodation was fairly clean.....there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and in the cupboard!!! There were loose beads on the living room carpet...obviously it had not been vacuumed....the couch was really cheap and uncomfortable
