《 NO SMOKING 》 Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.
《 PETS 》 Pets must be registered prior to check-in. Evidence of pets unregistered pets will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.
《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
《 NO COMMERICAL ACTIVITIES》 Conduct of any business, profession, or trade on the premises is prohibited. Evidence of the use of the premises for purposes other than a private, single-family residence will result in a forfeiture of the stay without refund plus collection of costs incurred at the discretion of the host, including but not limited to utility costs, consumables, and damages.
《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity outside of the unit only.
《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
《 BUILDING KEY 》Guest is responsible for the building key during the stay. The replacement cost for a lost or damaged key is $100 each.
《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit. There is a blue dumpster on the side of the property beside Decatur St, in between the front building and back building.
《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.
《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned off at the time of check-out.
《 SHOES》 Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.
《 COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES 》 We appreciate guests who value maintaining the integrity of the building community and its rules and policies. By confirming this reservation, you comply to respect any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
《 CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 》
➤Please wash, clean and put all dishes away.
➤Please place all used towels and linens on the floor next to the bathroom.
➤Leave the remaining garbage; our cleaner will take care of it.
➤Please ensure all doors and windows are shut, return the key to the lockbox, and ensure the lockbox is locked before you go.
➤We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.
《 RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY 》✦ Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 24 hour notice minimum prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
