IMPORTANT:
ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.


EXTRAS- OPTIONAL:

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $45 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

MID-STAY CLEAN (US$285.00) **Not guaranteed for same day, please send a request at least 24hrs prior.

FOOD LEFT in the house:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in.


TOWELS IN DRYER AND DISHES IN DISHWASHER:
Occasionally, you may find towels or dishes in the dryer or dishwasher respectively, as our cleaning contractor may not wait for drying cycles to complete. Rest assured, they are clean and ready for use.

Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own. The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

- SMOKING (any time of cigarette inside the house). The house has external areas and pool area outside where the guest is allowed to smoke, however there will be a fine of U$350.00 if you smoke inside the house)
