Each bedroom offers a comfortable place to rest after a day of adventures, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, another king-size bed in the second bedroom, and four twin beds in the spacious loft/3rd bedroom. With two updated bathrooms, convenience and privacy are ensured for all guests.

The condo features a dining area, living room, mudroom, 2 renovated bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, making your stay hassle-free and enjoyable.

Indulge in a plethora of amenities during your stay, including access to our indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, a game room for friendly competitions, and a newly built playground for endless fun, and a tennis and basketball court.

Navigating to Jack O'Lantern Resort is a breeze! Simply take exit 30, turn right, then another right onto Jack O'Lantern Drive. At the fork, veer left and continue until you reach unit 38.
We’re so glad to have you as our guest! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

Trash Disposal – Before you check out, kindly dispose of all trash in the dumpsters.

Parking – Each unit is allowed two vehicles in the designated parking area. Please avoid parking on grass or walkways. If you have extra vehicles, overflow parking is available. Illegally parked vehicles are be subject to a $100 fine per incident, and any HOA-imposed fines will be charged to the tenant.

Pets & Smoking – To keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the unit.

Inspections & Damages – Upon departure, all units will be inspected.

Outdoor Fire Pits – As per condominium HOA regulations, outdoor fire pits are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding!

Poolhouse Access – Your unit comes with poolhouse access key cards, which must be returned at the end of your stay. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee per card.
