This recently remodeled mid-century home is centrally located in the heart of Tucson! Nestled in the serene San Clemente neighborhood, it is walking distance to Reid Park which has golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, the Tucson Zoo, Hi Corbett Field (baseball home field for UofA), dog parks, walking trails and so much more! Close by are many restaurants and shopping at El Con Mall. 10 minute drive to UofA and downtown.

The house has an open concept, making the space warm and inviting. The decor is an eclectic mix of modern southwest with bespoke pieces throughout. The fireplace is set up with remote controlled candles giving that fireside glow to the living room.

In the bedrooms, guests are provided hotel quality bedding and top of the line mattresses. There is a sleeper sofa in the den with bedding provided. The 3 full bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, shampoo, body wash and lotion. In the kitchen we have brand new appliances, including a 6 burner gas stove and a dishwasher.

The outdoor living space is perfect for gatherings with seating for 8 as well as a fire pit. The lighting at night creates an intimate private setting. Guests have a wrap around driveway in the front of the house, holding up to 5 cars.
