Diese einstöckige Lodge mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern im Erdgeschoss wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, von hochwertigen Küchengeräten bis hin zum geräumigen, offenen Grundriss. Der Eingang verfügt über eine Waschküche mit einer gestapelten Bosch-Waschmaschine und einem Trockner auf der rechten Seite. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich ein Schlammraum mit Ablagen für Ihre gesamte Ausrüstung.
Das große Zimmer verfügt über einen Holzkamin mit einem darüber montierten 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD-Player. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für 8 Personen und ist zum Wohnbereich mit einer Büroecke hin offen. Die Gourmetküche verfügt über einen 4-Flammen-Viking-Gasherd mit Char-Grill, Edelstahlgeräten, Steinplatten und Hartholzböden. Die große Kücheninsel verfügt über einen Metzgerblock mit Bar für drei Personen. Der Eingang zum Deck ist aus der Küche und läuft die Länge der Wohnung mit Liegemöbeln. Die Residenz verfügt über einen eigenen WLAN-Internetzugang.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein Kingsize-Bett, eine Sitzecke und ein eigenes Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken aus Marmor. Die Dusche hat einen normalen Duschkopf und Sie haben auch einen Handstab. Das Gästezimmer auf der anderen Seite des Flurs verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und einen Flur, der zu einer Sauna auf der rechten Seite und einem Vollbad am Ende des Flurs führt. Das Badezimmer ist aus Marmor mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche mit normalem Kopf, einem Regenduschkopf und einem Handstab. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden für Sie bereitgestellt sowie Seife für die Bäder und die Küche. Diese Eigenschaft hat eine freistehende Garage, die in der Nähe des Gebäudes ist und Regale für Skier im Inneren hat. Diese Eigenschaft hat keine Klimaanlage und hat kein Festnetztelefon.
Komplexe Merkmale: Sie haben Zugang zum Sun Valley Inn-Pool und zur Workout-Anlage, zum SV Olympic-Pool, zum Kids-Splash-Park und zum Whirlpool (nur im Sommer). Bevorzugte Startzeiten und der Hotelpreis für alle SV-Golfplätze. 15% Rabatt auf die Platzgebühren im SV Tennis Center, 15% Rabatt auf einstündige Ausritte im SV Stables und 15% Rabatt auf die Paketpreise im SV Gun Club. Die Sun Valley Lodge ist zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso der Pavillon, die Eisbahn und die Restaurants in der Mall.

Open floor plan, super clean

We stayed mid October. The condo is well appointed with plenty of space for guests to spread out. Large kitchen island is a delight for food prep. The decor is cute. I wish there was an outdoor grill because cooking on the indoor grills is a bit of a mess, but this would not stop me from renting this unit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The office staff we spoke with before our arrival were always friendly and very helpful. When we arrived for our stay, we had trouble finding the correct door to the condo complex and the lock on the door to our rental was incredibly hard to open. We called for after-hours assistance and she couldn’t get the lock open - had to call someone else who talked her through opening the door. When we asked if someone would repair the lock, she said there was nothing wrong with it. Once the condo door opened, the rooms had a very strong musty smell. The after-hours assistant was rude and condescending. We get it - it’s not great being called to assist on a Sunday afternoon, but we would have appreciated a little courtesy. We checked into the Sun Valley Lodge and let the condo company keep our rent.

We selected this condo for its proxemity to Sun Valley where we attended the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference. Alpine Property Management was most helpful in getting a few things repaired quickly. We would definitely book with them again.

Great stay in Sun Valley!

We loved our stay here in Sun Valley. The property was well located in the Sun Valley village within quick walking distance of the ice skating rink and a short bike ride away from Ketchum. It was very clean and well equipped with anything we could need.

The property was in a perfect location and was very convenient to walking for lunch dinner or breakfast. We loved the real fireplace and sauna.However, when we walked into the unit it was pitch black, curtains all closed, smelled musty and very claustrophobic. We scurried around opening all the drapes and shades, several of them broken. The darkness just made us feel so unwelcome. There was only one window and one door that opened for fresh air.We were not able to enjoy this rental. Although it was very clean. We left a night early.

Wonderful SV unit

Really nice unit, very well appointed, loved the in condo sauna. We stay in Ketchum 2-3 times a year. This is one of the nicest units we have rented.

Sun Valley retreat

Everything was great, service , cleanliness, location. The only draw back for us is the TV's were dated so could not use our apple TV in family room and no music. The kitchen and all other amenities in this property were A+.
