Great experience

Ocean front cute building with very easy access to beach. They have a pool, grills, chairs, boogie boards, and all the supplies you need to make it a few days. Owners were very responsive, helpful, and gave us all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. We even went down to the beach last night and watched a rocket launch.

Christmas Stay

Although the weather was cloudy and overcast most days, we made the best of it. The location was perfect for our family to walk and drive where needed. Communication was great with property manager. We needed an extra blanket as one of our kids was really cold, and it was brought immediately. Because they are in college, they are use to dorm beds and they said that’s what the twin beds felt like they were sleeping on. If looking to upgrade something , I would suggest the mattresses or get mattress toppers.. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and as advertised

We had to switch our destination from treasure island to cocoa beach and this did not disappoint. The facility was very well kept up and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of restaurant options, steps to the beach and pier. The communication from the property manager was great!

Comfortable

Clean, relaxing and convenient. I did have to buy two new pillows because the other ones were really flat. I wanted to donate them to the condo, but my sister-in-law wanted to take them, sorry. I would definitely stay there again, possibly next year. The owners contacts with me was exceptional. I love the fact that beach chairs and towels were there since we traveled by air, very helpful!

Outstanding!

A+ customer service! Steps from the beach.. equipped with beach chairs, body/ boogie boards, beach towels, and an umbrella. We were even able to watch two rocket launches from the rooftop! Very clean space with the feel of home with washer/dryer, full kitchen, TV’s, and the nearby pier with delicious eating options! Outstanding!

Great place close to the beach, restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop patio was great to watch the rocket launch. There's a TV in each room for everyone's entertainment. We could sit on the balcony (for 2 people only) and watch the beach while we have our coffee. The kitchen was very clean with all the appliances one would need. The bedrooms are nice and quiet. The only negative we had was the king-sized bed was too soft for us. The fact that there are beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards (2), all fully functionable, to borrow really made our stay more enjoyable. The pool is heated so the kids really enjoyed it after spending the day in the cooler water at the beach. The restaurants around are all great and within walking distance. We will certainly come back!

Loved Cocoa Beach!

We had a fantastic stay in this condo! It was clean and quiet and looked exactly like the photos indicated. Everything we needed was already available in the unit. The location is very convenient to the pier and beach and all of the things we wanted to see and do. The rooftop is amazing! Communication with the property manager was excellent. It was a perfect place for a combined vacation/work from anywhere getaway.

Great experience. On the ocean…near the pier….super clean pool… The condo was well equipped with absolutely everything you needed…from very nice beach chairs, sun umbrella, cooler, beach towels, etc. Parking was super convenient. We even cooked out on their gas grills which sat next to a nice, clean picnic area. The condo was very quiet at night. And management was great to work with…during our planning and also during our stay. I would highly recommend Chateau by the Sea to everyone…..and, the price was very reasonable. We would definitely come here again.

Great stay with family at a great location

We came here for our summer vacation and it did not disappoint. The location was great being walking distance from the pier and very convenient for gas and shopping nearby. Our favorite highlights of our stay is the ease of going to the beach and the pool, the fantastic food we had in the area including Salsas Mexican restaurant and 4th street fillin station, the ocean view and my personal favorite just the simple quiet environment in the condo and by the beach. At first I was worried it was going to be noisy because of the pier close by but really you did not feel like it was loud or crowded. Our only feedback about the condo itself is we were looking for some rugs to help keep the floors clean from the sand but we used towels and it worked just fine. We had a small issue with our fridge and the owner responded quickly and it was resolved without any stress or inconvenience. Overall we are very happy with our choice to vacation here and look forward to coming back soon.

Great stay!

Zero complaints. The property was clean on arrival and had all the amenities needed for a great time at the beach. Chairs, boogey boards and plenty of towels. Chairs even had cooler pouches on them and were comfortable. Plenty of space inside also for relaxing after a long day. The pool was nice though we didn’t use it. short path led right to the beach and a few mores steps got you on the pier. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach accommodations!

We loved the views (especially from the roof top), easy access to lots of outdoor activities, updated comfortable and well-maintained living space and the beach!!! We didn't need a car once we arrived. Everything within walking distance, including the grocery store.

For the past 13 years,we enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach.Most of our condo reservations have been made at the Chateau by the Sea. This year was especially pleasant due to the wonderful staff, beautifully decorated living space, and the cleanliness of the unit. We would like to single out a young man, Zareh Hadden, who was not only welcoming, thoughtful, and tuned into our needs but he was efficient and business-like. He represents your company well and should be commended. If you want a great location, a well-maintained building,a and staff that works to make your stay special,the Chateau by the Sea is for you! !

Enjoyed our atay

We loved. Our condo with a few exceptions. Noisy neighbors always slamming the door and the very short toilets. I recently had back surgery and the extremely short toilets were difficult to use, I really don't understand why they are do short. Condo was very nice and very well stocked with linens dishes and equipment. Nice view from the rooftops we enjoyed a space x launch. We also enjoyed a short walk to the pier. Thank you for a delightful stay
