Es befindet sich in Las Brisas Condos & Villas und ist eine geräumige, 606 m große, 2-stöckige 3-Schlafzimmer-Suite. 5 freistehendes Einfamilienhaus mit viel Komfort für bis zu 7 Personen. Dies ist ideal für Familien, Freunde und Paare. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, Kingsize-Bett, großen Schränken und einem Balkon mit Meerblick, tropischen Bäumen, exotischen Vögeln und Brüllaffen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Das zweite Badezimmer im Flur.
Im Erdgeschoss bietet einen offenen Grundriss, Küche voll ausgestattet mit einem großen Granit Zähler mit 3 Hockern und einem Essbereich, die 6 Personen Platz ausgestattet. Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer gibt es zwei Sofas, Couch & Beistelltische, einen Flachbild-TV mit 70 Kabelkanälen und Internetzugang. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Bettwäsche und Badezimmer mit Handtüchern. Strandtücher ebenfalls vorhanden.
Auch ein Futon- und Gäste-Badezimmer, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen und -brett und Waschbecken. A / C-Einheiten und Deckenventilatoren in jedem Raum im Obergeschoss und im Erdgeschoss. Auf Ihren Wanderungen innerhalb der Anlage finden Sie den Salzwasserpool (24X48 / 3-6 Meter tief) zu genießen und es ist schöne Landschaftsgestaltung mit tropischen Pflanzen, bunte Blumen und vielen Obstbäumen. Auch am Eingang des Komplexes gibt es rund um die Uhr Wachmannschaft und ein Wachhaus sowie Parkplätze für Gäste.

Amazing stay at the beach!

This property is exactly as described in the listing. Super close to the beach, great pool in the courtyard, lovely neighbors, and nice restaurants nearby. The grocery store was about a 10 minute walk away, and there is a really close mini mart. Relaxing and convenient; would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic stay here. Property is a quick walk to the beach and while close to the Condovac where you can do more activities ans book tours, this rental is a nice quiet place. Would love to rent again!

An amazing home and location

I stayed for four nights with friends in late February. The condo is immaculate with everything you could ned for cooking and sea bathing. It is located in a gated community and is about a 3 minute walk to beautiful playa hermosa beach. Both the owner and property manager were gracious and so helpful. It was a perfect place to vacation.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed very much our stay. House is not new but has everything you need and everything worked well. Some construction noise nearby and traffic from the nearby street. House is surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees and many different types of birds. Great pool area and short walk to a nice beach. Owner and property manager very responsive.

Better than Advertised!

We were a group of six with two teenagers. The condo was ample room and the kitchen was well equipped. WIFI was good. Lots of space on the patio. The pool was great. The added bonus of being able to use the resort next door was excelllent. The beach was really 50m away and a great seafood restaurant 25m away. The beach is fabulous with excellent waves for body surfing and mother nature cleans it every night. Best beach we've been to in CR. We went down to beach for the sunset almost every night. This place comes highly recommended.

Very nice home on a great property.

Leticia was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. This property was extremely clean, beautiful, and perfectly located. The door locks didn't seem to function on main level. It was a bit unnerving for us but with 24/7 security and gated property, we had no problems whatsoever. A/C in every room. Great kitchen. Pool was awesome to soak in at the end of the day. Playa Hermosa is more on the quiet side, which was perfect for my family. Seafood restaurant across the street was delicious. Probably best food we had while in CR. Overall a great place to stay. Loved our stay

My husband and three kids 13,11,8 stayed in villa #2 feb 7-11/15. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the property manager who was very friendly and there was a fruit basket full of fresh fruit which was a very nice touch. At first you can see a few flaws with the property that could use some TLC. I think the cleaning between guests needs to be done a little more thoroughly. After we did some cleaning and laundry for fresh linens on the beds we settled right in and enjoyed the rest of our vacation. There was spices and condiments in the house left behind from past guests, so that was nice and the beach towels and lawn chairs for the pool and beach was so convenient, we took the chairs to the beach with us everyday. The pool was immaculate and the beach and restaurants were so close. We felt so comfortable and safe and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The grocery store was a fair walk if you didn't have a vehicle, which we didn't, but we just put backpacks on and carried everything home in them and caught a cab ($13) to Playa del Coco to the big grocery stores to buy the majority of our stuff. The property was very quite and the pool was never busy. We loved our vacation so much that 11 days wasn't enough. We would recommend this property!

Spacious beach-side Villa: Las Brisas #2

My family of 5 (3 school aged boys) recently stayed 4 nights at Las Brisas Villa #2. The condo is spacious, clean, quiet, and a very short walk across the street to the beach. The kitchen is great and the washer/dryer so handy on a vacation to keep packing to a minimum. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and playing in the sand and waves at the beach. As noted, the unit is well stocked with beach towels, beach mats, and beach chairs. We also added two boogie boards after our stay that future guests can use! Initially we had a few small issues (patio door with broken lock and no way to secure it plus TV not working) but these were addressed and fixed the next day. The master bedroom A/C remote control is located on the back of the door, for your information, too! We ventured up to the Condovac Resort on foot (a steep walk!) and by the shuttle to use the more reliable internet, swim, view the sunset, play pool, and work out in the gym (great for Cross Fit types). While in Playa Hermosa we also went SCUBA diving with Rocket Frog Divers and took a trip to Rincon Vieja. Overall this was a wonderful family vacation, and Leticia's wonderful property was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Great Location and Quiet!

This property was clean, beautifully landscaped outside, and perfectly located. Indeed, it looked nicer than the pictures reflect. We debated renting other units with somewhat better views, though were very happy we didn’t have the steep hills to climb. From our patio/balcony you could hear monkeys as well as the ocean waves hitting the beach, which was about a one minute walk away. We also enjoyed having access to the amenities at the adjacent Condovac Resort. It gave our two college age children and their friends someplace to go, though we also enjoyed the adjacent complex swimming pool. Had some initial concern that one of the side sliding glass doors wouldn’t lock, though other owners I met at the pool indicated that was common for the complex. The fenced and gated nature of the property, with 24-hour security guard, allayed my concerns. Other than the hallway bathroom showerhead giving the kids some issues, everything else about the unit was great, including having wi-fi. As other reviewers have noted, the best seafood we had in Costa Rica was indeed just across the street and on the beach. Yves Malette with Costour provided our transportation needs to and from the airport as well as the Palo Verde Boat Tour, which I would recommend for 1st timers to Costa Rica. Thanks Leticia for all your help. Hope to bring the family back to explore more of Costa Rica.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Lovely property. Spacious home. Beach is just across a small street. Condovac resort is next door so expect music from 8-10pm but also lots of fun if you want to join in on the party. Two breakfast spots within walking distance on the beach. Communication was quick and easy on WhatsApp with property manager. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Already dreaming of coming back!

The best house we stayed in while in Costa Rica

My husband and I spoke with Leticia on the phone prior to going to Costa Rica (CR). She was polite, patient and helpful especially in telling us about the odds and ends of things we may have not even thought about related to going to CR from the USA. The add doesn't showcase the house enough. When we got there, it was like going home. The house was clean, ready to live in, well aerated, smells fresh, everything USA standard. Since we had already stayed at two previous houses prior to getting to Hermosa, comparatively, when we got there, it was like a breath of fresh air, like we were on a long, long trip and finally made it home. So thank you Leticia for opening your home so that we can enjoy all of its beauties and comfort. We treated it gently and would love to go back on our next excursion. I highly recommend this house.

Quiet, clean, safe

We enjoyed our stay. Property owners great to deal with, did not meet Property manager but was responsive to updates related to early check-out. Had late check in so no one showed up around villa but we managed. Pros: Gated, well maintained, private pool was AWESOME, clean, close to beach, Beach was lovely. villa has AC, wifi, ceiling fans, and everything we needed. walk-able to food and grocery stores for basics. Cons: Almost too quiet for young adults, minor nitpick - not enough toilet paper for 2 week stay, difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs to bedrooms. twin beds room was hard to cool, resort next door was disappointing (bland and overpriced food/beverages, unfriendly to "guests", filthy pools).

We would do it again!

Spacious, clean, private, very safe, amazing pool! Everything worked: the ceiling fans, the stove, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, hot water, washer and dryer, etc. It was a great place to be for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely choose to stay at this beach-side property again. Though it has nothing to do with the property, we would recommend renting a vehicle. If not renting one, use Costour (Pepito is the owner) for transportation and tours.

Pura Vida!!

This wonderful condo was exactly as advertised! It had all the essentials we needed and was it was beautiful!! We loved it all. The pool in the morning and at night was fantastic. We also enjoyed the pool and swim up bar at the Condovac resort next door, which we were grated access to because we rented this condo. The beach was so close and we swam in the waves and snorkeled daily. We felt safe and comfortable in this complex. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your condo!

Comfortable, clean, great location

The home is beautiful and clean, and the location is excellent. It really is just a short walk to the beach, about half of a US city block, slightly downhill. Of course, that means coming back from the beach is uphill, so people with mobility issues may have some problems. It isn´t terribly steep, but it is definitely uphill. The bedrooms in the home are upstairs. Air conditioners in the bedrooms work great, and the air conditioners in the rest of the house are pretty good. Bathrooms are large and nice. The pool is more private than it looks in the photos, used only by residents. The only people we saw using the pool were older women. We are older women too, so we felt very comfortable there. We did not use the pool much, though, because the beach was so close. There are restaurants within walking distance. One you pass on your short walk to the beach. The others are just down the street. A soda on the left hand side as you walk down from the villa is excellent. We ate there more than once. We watched a family of howler monkeys playing in the trees on that street one day. We enjoyed watching the birds from the downstairs patio. The place was easy to find. Wifi connection was great. The guard at the gate was friendly and made us feel very secure. He was always present and quick to let us in and out with a friendly wave and smile. I only have two things to quibble about regarding this home. First, when we arrived we were met by a teenage boy who handed us the keys, showed us where the air conditioner remotes were, and left. It would have been nice to have been shown around a little and given a brief orientation to the house, the villas, and the area. Second is the contract itself. I willingly signed it, so I knew what it contained, but after staying at this home and others on our trip, I find the cleaning requirements here a bit strict. No other home owner required us to perform any cleaning prior to leaving. Of course we had no problem removing our own trash, but being required to perform other cleaning under threat of having to pay a fee seems harsh. I would suggest to the owner that those cleaning requirements be removed.

Hola!! My name is Leticia Cespedes and I own Las Brisas Villa #2 in the village of Playa Hermosa. I grew up most of my life living in the Los Angeles County. I have two adult daughters and one granddaughter. I've been married for 45 years to my loving Costa Rican husband. We both work in Real Estate and currently are semi-retired. My husband and I have been visiting this area of Guanacaste for over 25 years with family and friends. The reasons we purchased this vacation home are for the convenience of having a home near the beach, for its peacefulness and relaxation. Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste has soft waves, warm weather and beautiful sunsets. Aside being a sleepy beach town you can still find good restaurants, bars and nice people. On the beach there are so many activities to keep you busy and have lots of fun.
