Dieses Apartment in Tárcoles liegt am Meer. Jachthafen Los Sueños ist einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Herradura Beach und Jaco Beach. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Hacienda las Agujas und Neo Fauna. Outstanding beach

Beach is world class. View is beautiful. Pedro is lovely and a great host Drive in off the main road is bumpy and arduous - totally worth it once you get there. Bring food and beverage with you!

Perfect Condo Vacation

We loved this condo. Very safe and beautiful. The pool was pleasant with beautiful views. The walk to the beach is a lot of stairs but wasn’t a problem for any of my kids and we saw wildlife on the stairs including huge iguanas, frogs, butterflies, crabs, and even a raccoon looking animal. The host Pedro was easy to communicate with and we even booked an amazing fishing trip with him. I’d only suggest for the host to have more blankets in the condo and to supply some basic spices ie salt/pepper. This was our second year at this complex and we will return!!!

Family friendly getaway

Beautiful view, quiet apartment with all you need appliances. Nice swimming pool. We stayed in beginning of May, so it was just a few people around. Its exactly what we like. Nice beach just 3 minutes walk time, I wish we would have our swimming gears, because water is clear at this location. Owner is always response promptly

Modern and clean condo in a little corner of paradise

This condo was very clean! Nice location with amazing ocean views. The property manager, Pedro, was very helpful and communicative. The condo is located in a resort with a few choices for food and drink as well as beach access. Zero complaints on this one! Loved it!

Fantastic location at Playa Blanca

Overall a great stay. The unit is a very nice one bedroom- great for a couple. Directions to get to unit once inside Punta Leona would’ve been helpful. It is quite a long drive to the “end” of the road to find these condos. As others have said- make sure you know it’s a 3rd floor walk up and that the way to the beach is a lovely but quite long and steep staircase. (Alternatively you can drive down the hill and park at in the lot at the beach club- much easier!) This beach makes it all totally worth it. The condo pool is also beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing.

This was a perfect getaway a beautiful location easy to get to the beach within walking distance. The house was perfect with all of the basic means we had. The location is actually on the third floor just to keep that in mind from a staircase perspective but at the same time allows for a gorgeous view to the ocean!!!

Great location and condo

We loved our stay here. Great location as you can walk down to the steps to the beach. The Playa Blanca restaurant that you can also get to by the stairs was really good for when we didn't feel like cooking. We'll definitely be back. Pedro is very responsive.

Authentic Experience

My family and I have been going to Playa Blanca my entire life. What I appreciate most about it is that there are mostly ticos there. When I go on a vacation, I want to be immersed in the culture and the people. This offers that. The condo was clean, had a full kitchen with tools we needed to make food for ourselves (or heat up some leftover arroz con pollo), and has a private entrance to the beach. The pool was never busy. The other guests and owners were quiet. It was just what we were looking for.

The apartment is as described. It's beautiful and located a short wall down steps to Playa Blanca, the most clean, beautiful and family friendly beaches near San Jose. Pedro, the owner, was very kind and he even called me before our arrival and after it to ask how everything was. Highly recommend the property and the owners!

Beautiful ocean views, whales and the best beach!

My husband and I love Playa Blanca and have stayed in the area before. Pedro's place was so convenient and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, with him at our disposal if anything came up. The views were magnificent, whales a joy to watch right from the lovely pool deck with the beach right below. What's not to love? :-)

Pacific Beach Paradise

We enjoyed our stay so much we extended and would have stayed even longer had we been able to. The condo was roomy, tidy, clean, with all the essential amenities+ and having been recently completely renovated. The best part was the location and views from the complex and areas. The views from the living room and the pool area were absolutely stunning from first light to the incredible sunsets over the Pacific and the mountain and volcanos of the nearby peninsula. Direct private access to the secluded palm covered white sand beach, crystal clear turquoise blue and green tinted water with schools of fish in the shallows. Swimming, snorkeling and many rocks and tidal pools to explore along with off-shore, in-shore fishing nearby. The tremendous amount of wildlife from iguanas to many types of tropical birds and flocks of red, blue and yellow macaws. The owners Pedro and son Michael were very attentive and accommodating during check-in and all during the stay to ensure we were not lacking anything, along with providing suggestions for local activities and dining.

Punta Leona apt

Pedro’s condo was great! He was very accommodating and helpful. The condo was even better in person than in pictures! We loved the pool, direct access to the beach, and all the amenities that came with the condo. We had a fabulous stay and would come again/recommend to others!!

We had an unforgettable time in Punta Leona at Pedro’s condo. His place feels very new and modern with comfortable furniture and beds. We loved watching macaws and iguanas from the balcony. We had a short, five minute walk to beach and the pool was very nice as well. We didn’t take time to drive away from the apartment to check out the amenities of the resort because we were only there two days and wanted beach time. Pedro was very gracious and waited for us so he could guide us into the resort and show us the apartment. He also gave us good advice to stop and check out the crocodiles under a bridge that was en route to Punta Leona. We would love to stay in Pedro’s apartment again.

Great location

The location is perfect for Playa Blanca. Note that the grocery store in the complex is pricey, so stock up before you get there! Great shower, large apartment with plenty of room. Pedro is great and very helpful!

Great Location & Beach

Beautiful place to stay. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! Owner greeted us upon arrival and explained all of the amenities that was available to us. We would recommend supplying towels, wash rag, liquid dish soap for the kitchen. Would also recommend portable chairs/small ice chest for the beach. Thanks for everything!

Amazing location.

2 adults and a 3 year old. Playa Blanca is a beautiful beach at a stone's throw from San José -between 1 and 2 hours. The property grants you direct access to the beach through a steep yet very well-kept private path. The shared pool area is simply beautiful: a gorgeous infinity pool perched on the cliff right above Playa Blanca. The apartment is clean, modern and very comfortable and it could host several guests. Our only issue was the fact that the shower glass screen was not properly sealed, which resulted in copious flooding of that particular area every time we had a shower; we simply used a bathroom floor mat to contain the flooding and problem solved. There's direct access to Punta Leona's club, although we didn't make use of it other than to shop at the supermarket. We had a terrific time and both the property and the beach were exactly what we had hoped to find! Highly recommended!
