The Crescent ist ein geschlossener, flacher Komplex in hervorragender Lage am Scenic Hwy 98. Wenn Sie schauen, von der Hektik zu entfliehen ... Wir haben den Platz für Sie! Wie Sie in unserer Einheit zu Fuß gelangen Sie von den warmen, einladenden und entspannenden Farben und Möbeln sowie die herrliche Aussicht auf einen ruhigen Platz genommen werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem zwei Sofas für Sie zum Entspannen, während Sie Ihre Lieblingssendung auf einem 50 "Flachbildschirm-Fernseher.

Die Mahlzeiten können in unserem voll ausgestatteten Küche zubereitet und genossen werden dann am Esstisch und Stühlen oder auf dem Balkon. Die großen Kühlschrank wird sicherlich als nützlich für alle Ihre verderbliche.

Genießen Sie den Komfort von zu Hause, wenn Sie das Master-Schlafzimmer ein. Sie werden von den beruhigenden Farben und Einrichtung dieses elegant eingerichtete Zimmer begrüßt. Wir haben einen Fernseher für ein bequemes Betrachten zur Verfügung gestellt. Unsere Einheit ist auch mit zwei großen Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer (das in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden kann) sowie einem Queensize-Schlafsofa ausgestattet.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe sind ebenfalls in der Unterkunft vorhanden.

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic! We loved the beach access and beautiful view! It was very clean, and communication with the owner was great! Very close to lots of activities. We really enjoyed the Village of Baytown Wharf.

Perfect stay

Our host, Michelle was awesome, she was very responsive and accommodating. Communication was very prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here in the future. Great view of beach and pool area, plenty of parking and very close to restaurants, shops and grocery.

Perfect location

We loved the proximity of The Crescent to the gulf waters. The condo was beautiful and the general area was very clean. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrella in the summer sun, but not the pool, which felt like warm bath water due to the high outdoor temps. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Spring Break

2nd time staying at The Crescent and it did not disappoint. Condo just as described - view is amazing - beach chairs a bonus... would definitely come back. Had one small hiccup on first day and host communicated immediately and fixed our issue. During Spring Break there were alot of families with young ones... we have young adults - but that would be our only issue... less young kids in heated pool and hot tubs. Overall - Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location

Everything about this location is perfect. Proximity to pool, beach, groceries, restaurants and the outlet mall. 30 minute drive from the airport. Even the elevation and location in the property is great on second floor in the middle of the buildng. The unit has got some dated features but, we weren't there to spend time inside. Balcony and outdoor furnishings were great. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are part of the daily beach amenities. Love that is was a secure property and very well maintained. Cons that were not in the Owner's control: while we were there, flooring replacements in the unit next door - on the bedroom wall AND flooring replacement in the unit above. We spoke to the onsite management and received little more than confirmation it was happening, and they had hours of work. Clearly not supposed to start at 6 am but clearly nobody on site to manage that. Good News For You - they will be done before you stay! Come for the panoramic views, the pool, the landscaping and the beach - don't forget to bring your own beach towel though (would be a nice touch to have provided). Gracious host who ensured our arrival was smooth and some great restaurant suggestions. We will be back!!

The Crescent

We had a lovely stay at The Crescent The apartment was very clean but is ready for some upgrading in particular the bathrooms. The bedroom carpets need either cleaning or replacing. Michelle the owner was very helpful and communication was excellent.

Love everything about this place. The condo is roomie & homie. Everything you basically need to start off with. The Cresent is our favorite place to stay!

We’re so spoiled with everything about this place. The pool is huge! The heated pool is a lifesaver when it’s not always super warm! The beach is right off the property. There’s plenty of places to eat! The condo is always clean & efficient! The only negative thing I have to say is the bed wasn’t super comfortable but overall it was bearable. We absolutely love it!!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Beautiful & Clean in a Relaxing Location

Just a short drive into busy Destin, this Miramar Beach condo was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. Three options for sunning - the amazing pool area, the beach (where we had 2 chairs and an umbrella included in our stay) or the the balcony receives amazing rays through the day! The condo is fully stocked with all kitchen items you could possibly need, and there are grills available if you desire. The beds were comfortable and clean… and you can watch the waves of the ocean from the master. Absolutely would rent this again!

Enjoyed our Stay

Loved the Cresent. Walking distance to church, shopping, restaurants. Loved the pools and close proximity of the beach. Only critique was that the furniture was a bit beat up and the rugs need cleaning.

The Crescent is placed in a fantastic area as it is conveniently located within walking distance to many places: Winn Dixie (fully stocked grocery store), Silver Sands Outlet Mall (many brand name stores, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Carrabba's and more), Chik-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Waffle House and more. It is within a mile or two Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard (strip mall with Publix grocery store, PF Chang's, Laredo Catina, Tommy Bahamas and more), Sandestin. Approximately 3-4 miles to the west end of 30A.
