Split Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Outdoor-Gas-Grill auf Stein Innenhof. Hängematten, große Liegewiese zum See. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Zwiesprache mit der Natur und genießen Sie die Ruhe der Gegend mit der Tierwelt, Wasser und Tennis. Sommeraktivitäten zählen: Privater Tennisplatz auf dem Grundstück mit Schläger und Bälle. Amazing stay!

The cabin was very spacious, clean and cozy. Kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a gym within walking distance. The host was very responsive and addressed all our questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for getaway in the area.

Lovely Lakeside Home

This is a very comfortable house on a pristine lake in upstate NY. We were traveling with two kids (4 and 1) and found the flat layout of the home to be suitable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Despite our stay being in December, we can imagine that this would also be a great place to stay over the summer months given the tennis court, large lawn area, patio, and lake access.

Great place to stay

Stayed at this wonderful place for a family weekend. It had everything we needed including marshmallow sticks for the fire pit. The lake/pond is great to swim in as well as taking the kayaks out. Jenifer was quick to respond when I messaged about the BBQ propane tank being empty.

Great relaxing stay

Great place. Great location.

We had a lovely stay. Very responsive property manager. Kids had a blast. The home is all one floor--no upstairs--which worked nicely for us. Most of the rooms had good window treatments which was appreciated.

Serenity scape

The property is beautiful with away from other homes giving you enough privacy to hang out without feel like you bother others. We had two kids with us and they had tons of fun using the paddle boats and the tennis/basketball court (which is on the property). Great living arrangement and all cooking items needed. We came to regroup from city life and escape the noise. We spend every night doing bonfires and watching the starts.

Lovely relaxing lake house

Property was clean, charming, and spacious. Nice kitchen for cooking. Beds were comfy. The outdoors areas were the star - big lawn, beautiful trees full of birds with pretty songs, and a wonderful lake that was just the right temperature for swimming. We don't play tennis, but the tennis court looked great and I suspect it would have been awesome if we did play tennis.

Wonderful Place!!

We were looking for peaceful and beautiful place lakefront place to stay for the weekend - and we found it. The place was better than it looked in the photos - which is generally not the case. Great property, well kept, easy access to lake with canoes, well stocked kitchen. Loved it!

Perfect Weekend

Summarized.. From beginning to end. Our property manager was attainable, professional and friendly The pictures tell a true story of home and property. We enjoyed the tennis courts and lake amenities each day. The property reminds me of a vineyard the trees were so beautiful. The rooms were so comfortable beds to linens to towels. Master suite was great 2 other rooms were too. They shared a bathroom which was fine. Definitely comfortable for 4 adults!! We will be back.

Catamount Copake Adventure

This was our first visit to the area. There are some lovely shops nearby in Copake and Great Barrington is a larger town close by. The ski areas of Catamount and Butternut are were both a short distance from the house. The main bedroom was large and private as it separated from the other 3 bedrooms by the living areas. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We did need to thoroughly clean the an suite bathroom as it was not up to our standards.

Copake Fun !

What an AMAZING place and an AMAZING time we had at this AMAZING house! We were fortunate also to meet the owner, Jenifer, who was lovely and helpful in answering any questions we may have had. This home had everything AND MORE to accomodate our family. Expansive property on the lake with kayaking, swimming, paddleboarding, tennis/basketball, grilling and the fire pit was enjoyed by all! Every room in the house was well-appointed with great attention to detail....the beds were oh so comfortable and the linens/towels were all top quality as was the kitchen supplies. A vast array of books and even toys for the tots was available! Highly recommend this AMAZING getaway!!! Hope to return!!!

Nice but listing is inaccuarate

Positives: Lovely location on the lake with plenty or property to support outside fun. Comfortable sleeping arrangements (with one exception), great indoor space with large dining area and comfortable living room. Close to the Harlem Valley Rail Trail and surrounding by cute towns. Great area. Negatives: Kitchen was mediocre. It was awkwardly configured with the microwave embedded under a counter and door opening in a way that made access awkward--especially for cleaning. Ditto for refrigerator which swung toward the counter, effectively rendering some prep space and access to the sink impossible when the door was open. While well equipped, all the knives were so dull you couldn't use them--we sharpened them ourselves. The bedroom with trundle bed is very hot--no window treatments on sky lights or upper windows and no a/c in this room, and we had to request a fan. Our biggest disappointment was the condition of the tennis court compared to the listed description. The net was not installed upon our arrrival. The court is cracked and has large weeds growing up between them. There was leaf and weed debris piled up in the corners and poison ivy encroaching on the court. We are serious tennis players who chose this (more expensive) option for the court which was unplayable. Had we known, we would not have stayed here.

one week in copake

This is a lovely house that is well cared for. The setting is beautiful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lake is not swimmable from the shore but may be from the dock, My only suggestion is to stock the kitchen with more platters and bowls. It would also be helpful to have some plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and plastic storage bags.

Great house on the water

We had a lovely time - the house was clean and bright and very comfortable. There is a large property with its own tennis court, and a little dock onto a small lake. The house came with two kayaks, a row boat and a paddle boat. You need to wade through a bit of "muck" to get to where you can swim, but once you do so the lake was lovely. While the property is large and private, it is right off of Route 7. There is central AC in the house, which was welcome as it was quite warm when we were there. Solid WIFI, and reasonably equipped kitchen. I would recommend and would consider returning.

Perfect Family Reunion

I appreciated the contact with the manager and her flexibility with my lack of a printer. The house had everything we needed for our family reunion The outside was enjoyed by all ages. Those that swim enjoyed the paddle boat and the water. They did let me that the ladder on the needs to be screwed on. If we needed to be in that area again, I would use this home again.

Quiet and comfortable home

Our stay was pleasant. The location, on a small pond with lots of lawn and attractive landscaping, was ideal for my family's purposes (a mini reunion of 3 days). the house was easily accessible for one relative who uses a walker and cane. No steps. The only limitation was the bathrooms, only 2 for 6 adults and one bathroom was very small. However, ample towels, etc. Very welcoming.
