Excellent, secure, safe neighborhood, with excellent amenities that the kids love. The home was perfect for us; it was roomy and convenient to Orlando area parks. Thank you!

Great location!

Location was pretty central for our needs. Loved the private pool. The community pool area with the lazy river was very cool. Rooms were spacious. Only downside was for a house that big with that many bedrooms, the living room was a little small with minimal seating.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as advertised. The pool and "backyard" area are very small, but lot's of fun. My husband and I stayed in one of the king size rooms and the mattress was not very comfortable. There was definitely a noticeable dip on each side which you kind of sank into. But we made it work. My only other negative comment would be that the carpets could definitely use relacing. They are very warn, especially on the steps. The resorts pool, lazy river and water slides were also a lot of fun. We spent a lot of time there and enjoyed the outdoor bar and snacks that were available. The location is also very convenient to stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

This home was beautiful but it has too many rules 4 things that should be free

This home was very nice decorated beautifully very clean community and the only thing that I did not like about the house was that there are so many fees our washing machine was broke and the biggest thing of all is worrying about breaking something and getting charged that huge fee needs to have more on site customer service for maintenance issues but my overall experience was that I got good nights of sleep to only wake up the next morning and hope and pray that my children and my guest didn't break anything so I wouldn't be charged a huge huge fee

A real place, and exactly as described

First time using VRBO and can’t tell you how relieved we were to pull up to a real address. And then successfully gain entry. And then see exactly what was represented online. Phew! There were some existing damages to silly things, like the toilet paper holders coming off the wall and we were nervous about being held liable (we weren’t; No damage charges) We did record the entire space upon entry and exit for our own records and I definitely recommend that regardless. We found that it was best to wash a dish before using it the first time, but that’s a reflection of previous renters, and not property management. Aside from that, we had no issues or concerns with cleanliness. We hosted Thanksgiving and though we brought a turkey pan, the kitchen was otherwise adequate for the task! We requested pool heat after arrival, and just for a few consecutive days. I had no issues reaching out via email and the whole process worked exactly as it was described. For what it’s worth, we visited the Clubhouse area and were generally unimpressed. It’s small, and not convenient to get to, but the drinks were good ;-)

The property is amazing... gated luxury townhouse remind me of home.

We had 11 guest everyone was comfortable. 26 min away from universal/island of adventure and aquatica. Very spacious and relaxing. Walmart/bravo is 10 min away and restaurants and outlets near by. Clean neighborhood. I recommend you stay here. Even a BBQ grill by the pool. We stayed a extra day just because my kids didn't want to leave. U won't be disappointed. Great vacation.

TBVH overbooked and gave us the Yasmin house at Bella Vida resort, not Lake Berkley.

I initially booked the Lake Berkley house, but was notified by TBVH there was a double booking. Instead, we stayed at the Yasmin house at Bella Vida resort. We loved the home, it was spacious and beautifully decorated. The home was 5 beds/ 5 baths, and everyone had their own room and bathroom, and we had a spacious fenced in pool. The master bedroom was exceptionally beautiful. Part of the bed was a bit worn out, and I slept slanted every night because of the overworn mattress. The shower in the master bedroom could have used a little extra cleaning by cleaning crew before we arrived. All in all, my family and I enjoyed the Yasmin house at Bella Vida resort and will use TBVH again. The Durr Family
