The Space:
This spacious and comfortable 3-bed, 2-bath home offers spectacular views of the valley, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure. The open floor plan provides plenty of space to gather, whether you're cooking, dining, or unwinding in the cozy living area with a TV and ample seating.
The master bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite full bath, and generous space for comfort. The second and third bedrooms each offer a cozy queen bed, ensuring a restful stay for everyone. A full shared bath is conveniently located for guests.
The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, enjoy meals, and spend time together. Step outside to the inviting outdoor space, where you'll find seating, a BBQ, and breathtaking views—perfect for soaking in the beauty of the valley.

Guests have sole access to the entire property.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
