This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in West Sedona offers a peaceful and serene retreat, perfect for relaxing after exploring the area's wonders. The master bedroom offers direct access to the private hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars after a day of adventure. The spacious living area features comfortable seating, a TV, and a cozy dining area. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your convenience.
Step outside to the large backyard, where you can enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table or fire up the gas barbecue for a cookout. There's plenty of space for outdoor games, making this the perfect spot for family fun or relaxing with friends. With ample parking, you'll have everything you need to make your Sedona stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
Dogs are allowed for $75 per stay. You must let us know beforehand if there is a dog coming.
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
