Neu renovierte 2 Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad Wohnung in Summerwinds. Einheit wurde gerade im November 2016 umgebaut. Neue Fußböden, Farbe und einige Möbel.
Das Gerät ist nur 4 Blocks vom Strand, der Promenade und dem Vergnügungsviertel Jolly Roger entfernt. Vom Balkon aus haben Sie einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool und 2 Parkplätze abseits der Straße.
Es gibt Kabel-TV und WLAN-Internetzugang sowie eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit. Es gibt 2 große Betten und ein Queensize-Bett.
Alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und alle Geräte sind vorhanden. Alles, was Sie wirklich brauchen, sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Great Place and Great Location

The place was great and we enjoyed it. The only thing that wasn't 100% was the air conditioning. I don't believe there is must Bill can do about that because of placement of the air conditioners. Other than that the place was great.

Ok but could be better if they put money back into property

We were told 2 days before our trip that the AC units in the bedrooms and living room cannot run at the same time. There was a musty smell throughout the whole unit. The couch and recliner were broken. Sand was all over the couches and we didn't go to the beach. Paint was peeling on the walls. For the price the unit would be so much better if they fixed some things up.

Perfect Condo

Our stay was really nice. Everything is as advertised and the walk to the beach was very short. The condo was clean, with TV, washer/dryer etc and my communication with our owner was pleasant! Would return, with family not friends. The only unpleasantness has nothing to do with the owners of our condo or the condo itself, it was who I assume to be the property manager. There is some woman there who came out to the pool as soon as we went one day and sat there to watch us. A friend in the area stopped by to say hi on his walk and we were scolded for having 6 people already at an empty pool. She was extremely rude and hostile, making assumptions when we did not even break any rules. One of the security guards let us know they were quitting due to her horrible treatment of people and that she simply hates young people for no reason, and watch the cameras for assumed indiscretions 24/7. On one hand I found it condescending (no pun intended), but on the other I pitied their seemingly miserable life.

This property was exactly what it looked to be. We had 5 adults so 1 bath was a bad choice on our part! No other issues. Had a great extended weekend. Bill, the owner, was very quick to respond to the questions I had prior to going.

Just below expected.

Place was in good location. Pool feature was great. A/C subpar. Bedrooms were not comfortable for us without pedestal fans. A little run down, but functional. Kitchen was biggest disappointment-had a very foul odor.

Great location

The location was perfect for our stay. It could use a few upgrades for the kitchen and bathroom but it suited our needs. The pool is a huge perk with kids.

Great place!

The condo was a great location. Parking was easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. And the pool was surprising large. We had no complaints the condo is exactly how it is described. My kids also couldn't stop talking about how comfy the living room furniture was! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Condo is very nice, updated. Wish it was closer to the beach. Air worked well with use of fan.

Nicely remodeled condo, hard to hear TV due to location of air conditioning unit. Use fan in hallway, it helps.

Too small for us

I wanted to save a buck! Wrong so very wrong. As we opened the door the smell just hits you. Not sure what the smell is but it permeated our bedding and to this day our pillows still smell. Some of the features of this condo we did not like were; the AC unit, the only one for the entire unit is over the TV, you will need to turn the tv up extra loud. The AC does not cool the bedroom down the hall to the left even with the fan. The kitchen was so small that we had no place to put the groceries we purchased and your lucky to get two people in there. The microwave at the time was not working and kept tripping the breaker. This posed an inconvenience. The kitchen could have included a few more essential items to cook at home. The pool looks like an afterthought just dug into the driveway. Some shade at the pool I am sure would allow people to stay longer. There are no umbrellas or shade to get out of the sun. On a positive note, great location!

The worst experience ever!!

This condo was not as described. The dishwasher was broke. The couch was broke. The whole place was filthy and appeared to have not been cleaned in along time. We had no internet for the first 4 days. The ceiling fan was covered in thick black dust and was hanging out of the ceiling. There was pubic hair in the shower. The wall heaters were hanging off the walls. The microwave every time tripped the circuit breaker every time you used it. The fridge did not get cold. So had to constantly buy ice and keep all stuff in a cooler. The drawers cabinets and fridge were full of crumbs, and filth. The dryer you had to run through 3 full cycles to dry one load of clothes.We took a lot of pictures and sent them to Bill. He asked why We were sending him those pics. We spoke to owner Bill on the phone. He said "This is not the Hilton, and you get what you pay for" He also said that he is not going to waste money and do a good cleaning every time someone checks out. I would never, ever stay in this place again. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never rent a Condo from Bill again. All renters beware and stay away from this place..
