Other things to note
♦ The fireplace is operational

♦ Roku Tv - You can sign in to your streaming apps with your sign in credentials. Please remember to log out before checking out.

♦ We are dog-friendly. We do not allow other pets.
•The dog cleaning fee is $100 per reservation.
• Please keep dogs off of the furniture including couch, chairs and beds
• Please keep Dogs on leash when outside.
• Please do not leave dogs unattended inside the house.
• Please pick up after your dog.

♦ We do have a Pack 'n Play crib.

♦ Children under 8 years old are not permitted in the hot tub due to risk of overheating, dehydration and drowning. Those aged 8 to 15 must have adult supervision at all times

Towamensing Trails HOA:

♦ Access to lake and beach (with completed rental package)
♦ Access to rent pedal boats and kayaks during the summer
♦ Access to tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and softball courts

♦ There is no trash pickup inside the community so we request all guests to take all trash to the trash compactor which is a 6 minutes drive from our house.

♦ Outdoor open fires are strictly prohibited by the community

♦ Every booking will receive wristbands for the seasonal community amenities listed above and a pass for your vehicle(s). To have access to the community amenities, we must register with the HOA at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

♦ To register with the HOA, all bookings will be required to complete the following before getting access to the property:
• Full name, mailing address, and phone number of the person booking and full names and license plates of all individuals bringing a vehicle.
• Acceptance of the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct
• Completion of the Rental Agreement
