There will be a $50 early check in/check out fee applied.

Absolutely no parties-a $2500 fine will occur in this situation for clean up/law enforcement.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the interior of the home.
Please be courteous and careful with ashes outside. A $2500 cleaning fee for interior smoking will be applied.

There is no extra charge for hot tub heating but please be advised that if the hot tub is left on for extended periods there will be a $500 charge. Please turn the hot tub OFF after using. Please be courteous with hot tub activity.

During periods of extreme Las Vegas heat-we have the ability to control the thermostat. Temps will be set at comfortable levels. Should you need the temp cooler please contact us. This has never been an issue but AC’s can be damaged by dropping temps below 70.

Entire home is yours to enjoy! We also have ample security for your safety. We have cameras on the exterior of the property to monitor your vehicles.
There is plenty of driveway parking, RV parking and free street parking.
Other things to note
Please NO LARGE PARTIES. Please do not be loud during quiet hours 11pm-7am. Please enjoy the hot tub safely and observe the posted rules.
