While offering a serene atmosphere, it is just steps from the lively neighborhoods of Gemayze and Mar Mikhael. Blending nostalgic charm with modern comforts, it’s a welcoming space for relaxation or family getaways. The area has many handy shops for convenience, and the surrounding streets are ideal for leisurely walks, offering a pleasant and vibrant urban experience.
The master bedroom has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds, making it great for families or groups.
The living room has a charming old-style arch and elegant flooring, with a cozy seating area and a dining table that seats at least six—perfect for dinners.
A small balcony with a table, chairs, and plants looks out over a quiet, green street, especially peaceful in the afternoons.
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, three modern bathrooms, and essentials like an iron and hairdryer for a comfortable stay.
