Brandneue Luxusvilla mit über 3.200 SF in den Villas at Fairway. Dieses schöne Reihenhaus ist größer als die meisten Einfamilienhäuser in der Gegend und wurde liebevoll eingerichtet, um alle Annehmlichkeiten zu bieten, die Sie während Ihres Urlaubs wünschen oder brauchen könnten. Die erste Etage verfügt über einen zweistöckigen Greatroom mit einem Gaskamin, der sich perfekt für kühle Abende außerhalb des Sommers eignet. Genießen Sie den 65-Zoll-4K-LED-Fernseher über dem Kamin, der mit einem Sonos-Surround-Soundsystem ausgestattet ist und von der Küche und dem Frühstücksbereich aus problemlos gesehen und gehört werden kann. Die Gourmetküche verfügt über eine weitläufige Frühstücksbar, in der die Familie zu Abend essen oder Cocktails genießen kann. Viel Platz auf der Quarz-Theke, um Mahlzeiten und Snacks zuzubereiten. Gasherd mit zwei Backöfen, mit einer Kombination aus Mikrowelle und Heißluftofen über dem Herd. Ein lichtdurchfluteter Morgenraum befindet sich neben dem Essbereich. Die Master-Suite befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 55-Zoll-Smart-TV mit LED-Wandhalterung und eine private Eingangstür zum hinteren Deck, durch die Sie morgens Kaffee oder abends Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Das Master-Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine vollständig geflieste 7-Zoll-Dusche mit Regenduschkopf sowie eine herkömmliche Duschvorrichtung. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock, jedes mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem 32-Zoll-Smart-TV. Diese Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der erste Stock hat auch eine supersize Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Loft im zweiten Stock eignet sich perfekt für Kinder, um fernzusehen - mit einem 55-Zoll-4K-LED-Fernseher und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich ein viertes großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 48-Zoll-Smart-TV und einem angrenzenden Bad, das leicht als zweite Master-Suite für Gruppen mit Paaren genutzt werden kann. Ein fünftes Schlafzimmer / Bonuszimmer mit zwei besonders langen Einzelbetten und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa und einem Smart-LED-Fernseher - ideal für Kinder als Spielzimmer bei Tag und zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten bei Nacht.

Alle Fernseher sind sowohl für Kabel als auch für das Internet fest verdrahtet, daher gibt es keine Streaming-Probleme. Das Haus wurde außerdem verkabelt und mit Verstärkern für den Internetdienst ausgestattet, sodass die ganze Familie ihre drahtlose Elektronik ohne Pufferung genießen kann. Ergänzend zum Surround-Sound des Fernsehgeräts befinden sich in jedem Schlafzimmer Sonos-Lautsprecher, sodass jeder seine Lieblingsmusik hören kann.

Draußen befindet sich ein Verbunddeck, das die gesamte Länge des Hauses mit einer Sitzgruppe im Innenhof abdeckt, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were three generations, 6 adults and 6 children/teen. The house is beautiful and so spacious. It is fully stocked with anything you will need. We got a lot of use out of the 12 bikes in the neighborhood. People in the community were all very friendly. The pool, Pickleball courts, and fitness center were used by our group. We also enjoyed the catch and release pond behind the house. We caught many good size bass and bull heads. They are two beach carts, beach umbrellas, and over twenty beach chairs for use. It was also wonderful to have a second refrigerator in the garage. Kris, the property manager, was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had and gave a wonderful tour of the house on arrival snd helpful tips. We have been coming to the Bethany Beach area for 13 years and this house is at the top of our list. We would definitely like to return again!

Beautiful vacation home

My family of 12 8 adults and 4 teenagers stayed in this beautiful home. This house had everything anyone could possibly need on vacation from bikes and sand chairs and umbrellas to large pots to make pasta for all of us. Close to both grocery stores and beverage centers and our surroundings were just beautiful with a small pond behind the house. We really loved this house but the 5 hr ride was very long.

Beautiful house, great location!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home located just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach. The property provided access to a community pool and tennis/pickle ball courts, along with bikes, beach chairs, and linens/towels. There was so much to do, we just didn't have enough time to do it all!

Family friendly property

Lovely home able to accommodate many family members with 3 bedrooms on main floor and 2 additional bedrooms on upper floor. Short drive to beach and a pool within walking distance. Easy checkin process. Friendly manager Lisa available to deal with any problems - a beeping smoke detector and a leak under the kitchen sink this visit. Loved the additional of the shades in the morning room. Back deck a great place to hang out in the evening. Lots of space to spread out.

Spacious and well stocked

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house very much! It worked out wonderfully for our three families! The kids enjoyed sleeping in the extra room and on the lounges and couch in the loft; it was perfect for them to be together! The king size bedrooms had plenty of space for our 3 month old to sleep in a pack-n-play with extra room to spare. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to use and the outside grill was a nice bonus! We loved the fact that there were plenty of beach chairs and bikes to use if needed and the beach cart was so handy! We did use the community pool a few times and one person in our party used the fitness area. That was nice to have access to both! We would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider booking again in the future!

Awesome experience

The neighborhood was excellent and the people so friendly an atmosphere of belonging, and convenient location, just minutes to the beach. Wonderful property

We couldn’t have loved this property any more than we did! Beautiful accommodations, well-equipped house and we were all so comfortable! The added features of linens/towels included, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas was very much appreciated. The owners promptly got back to all our questions and the property manager was knowledgeable and attentive. This house made our much-needed vacation feel perfect!

Great vacation home for family

The home was perfect for our family - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms. The kitchen and family room were generous in size and packed with amenities. The home was close to the community pool, which was great for us and our grandchildren, and not far from the beach. Having bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas for use at the beach was wonderful. And not having to provide linens/towels was a huge plus. Our only negative was the white pet hair that was on the master bedroom quilt, some of the upholstery, and outside furniture.

Having rented before we were very familiar with the process and were more than pleased from start to finish with this rental. The owners were quick to respond to our inquiries, the property manager kept us up to date on all events, and most important the home was AMAZING - Even better than pictured and expected. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 1 child. Loved the availability of bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Outdoor shower is a plus. Outdoor grill easy to use and convenient. Multiple dishes, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Great location. Beach is close (10 minute drive) and the community pool, although small, is within walking distance. Responsive owners and property manager. Loved using the keypad and not having to worry about who had the keys. 😊 Looking forward to returning next summer

Great house in a nice community

My family of 7 loved this house (we had planned for 9 but due to COVID 19, had a smaller group). Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and spices for every purpose. Loved having use of bicycles, umbrellas, and beach chairs. TVs in every bedroom and huge TV in family room. Additional refrigerator in garage was convenient. Wish the community pool had been open but we utilized the playground and the tennis courts for pickleball. Community has narrow streets and “no street parking“. There are cutouts for overflow parking but that was not always convenient. Beach is about 3 mile drive; wish parking was not so expensive. This year the parking lots were designated for BB residents only so we had to use street parking. Easy to communicate with owner; Lisa responded quickly to any question I had. Would definitely rent again in the future.

The Ocean View home is well equipped. The furnishings are high end. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is up to date. Slept better than at home!! The kitchen is well stocked. Although, previous renters leaving food is a bit unusual, we didn't have room in the fridge for our items. (We don't like eating other's food which we don't know the date of purchase, etc.) The TVs and SONOS speakers were great. The bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas were nice quality. Didn't need to bring our own. We enjoyed sitting on the front and rear porches. Kris (manager) was friendly and greeted us with the keys. She called on Sunday asking me to call her, I returned her call Sunday eve and Monday, but no response. Not sure what that was about. We had a very relaxing week. The streets are very narrow and it could use some more parking spaces. Overall, we were very pleased and had a great time.
