Welcome to the Mossy Oak House in North Charleston, overlooking historic marshland and centrally located minutes from the airport, shopping outlets, performing arts center! 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a kitchen fully equipped for gatherings. Get ready to enjoy the gourmet coffee for all guests and an inviting patio and backyard with a Game Garage! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and modern home-- stay at the Mossy Oak House to make your Charleston memories!
Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner's closet in the living room, kept locked.
In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.
By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines.
We live and work in Charleston--- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine will be charged to the card on file. For homes listed as pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted, and a pet fee of $45 per pet per night will be charged.

We want all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes, checkout instructions--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.
There is no smoking allowed inside of the home or on the premises. ($250 Cleaning and Deodorizing fee if smoke is detected in the home, and additional cleaning fee of $100 if smoking-related trash outside is left behind by guest.
$200 Cleaning and Deodorizing Fee if unauthorized pets are detected in the home, in addition to the property’s standard fee of $45 per pet per night.
$200 Undisclosed Guest Fee for each person staying at the home that exceeds the guest list from the reservation made by the guest.
All events and photography shoots held must be announced before reservation and permitted by the host. $200 fee assessed to guest for undisclosed guests on the property. Host reserves right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.
