Entspannen Sie sich in diesem super sauber Zwei-Zimmer Wohnung in einem Wohngebiet mit deeded Zugang zum Strand und auf der Shuttle-Route in die Stadt. Condo hat ab 2016 neue Betten und im Herbst 2018 wurde die Küche mit neuen Edelstahlgeräten und Quarz-Arbeitsplatten aktualisiert. Die Wohnzimmermöbel sind ebenfalls neu. Genießen Sie einen der spektakulärsten Strände in Provincetown mit Blick auf das Monument und Long Point 500 Meter von Ihrer Veranda.

Affordable option just outside of PTown

Cute house, very clean, great communication with the host. Love that beach chairs were provided. Well priced, a little outside of town, but overall very satisfied. Only things I would point out were that while it does have beach access, the beaches on the Atlantic side were cleaner, which isn’t walkable and there weren't any tissues.

Amazing location and great place!!

My sons and I loved the place! It was the perfect size for us…didn’t feel cramped on rainy days. The location near the beach was awesome and the whole place was incredibly clean. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful. Gonna try and snag a spot for next year!

Nice place. Had everything you could want from beach chairs to hand lotion. Wish the beach had surf and the sand was cleaned but it was pleasant enough considering it was such a short walk.

Comfy and clean

The condo was spotless, very well cared for, and cozy with many comforts of home. It’s also in a great location with beach access and just a short 8 minute drive to downtown for shopping and dining. Our hostess was very easy to communicate with and provided all the necessary details we needed to check in / out and get around town. We also appreciated all the restaurant suggestions and loved every one of them. We are at Squealing Pig, Ciro & Sals, and Liz’s Cafe, among others. Highly recommend!

Relaxing beach trip

Our small family of 3 enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to relax and unwind. Beth was so prompt on replying to any message that was sent. It was the ideal location. Short walk to the beach and short drive into town. Provincetown has a relaxing, enjoyable vibe and we had a great time.

One week stay

The property was well maintained and we felt very comfortable with the many homey touches. The unit is located ideally near Provincetown. We dealt with property owner Beth. She was extremely helpful and accommodating during the pandemic and helped us to decide that Cape Cod was set up to handle visitors safely. And we had a great time. We were joined by my daughter and her husband part way through the week. We hadn’t been to the Cape in 12 years and it was a most enjoyable return.

Our Stay at The Cape

The area was along the shoreline for good morning walks. The property was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. I liked the special touch of having access to beach chairs. The check in process and instructions were well written. We even checked out some of the dinning suggestions: the Squealing Pig and Ross' Grill. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

Family Wedding Weekend

This was the perfect location for our family while in Provincetown for a family wedding! It was very easy to catch the shuttle into town and we were just steps from the beach. The unit is nicely furnished and comfortable. We were extremely pleased with our choice and would definitely stay here again if we return to Provincetown!

Wonderful getaway

This was an excellent fit for our family of three. The interior is lovely- contemporary, fresh, and soothing. The location is excellent for access to Provincetown by bike or car, and all the Outer Cape has to offer. Exploring the beach during a breezy low tide is a treat. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay in Provincetown!!

We loved staying at this condo! There were four of us, two couples, and each bedroom is good sized. The bathroom was completed updated, and the kitchen and living room were great! It's literally 500 feet from the beach. We rented bikes and it was an easy bike ride into the city, or a $10-12 Uber ride. And there's a bus and shuttle. We would definitely stay again. The property manager Beth was awesome! A great experience!

A group of six of us recently stayed at Beth’s apartment and it was perfect. She was easy to reach if necessary and we can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend. Quick Uber away from downtown and an easy walk to the beachfront. The beds were extremely comfortable as well!

Pleasant stay

I enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the bike ride into town. Since it is not in the center of town, it is definitely key to rent or bring a bike! Good thing we rented in advance since all the bikes were out by the time we arrived. Since we were driving back and forth from Orleans for a wedding, we liked that it was a little east of downtown Provincetown. I liked that Beth allowed us to use condiments, tuna, and things like bug spray, that previous tenants had left behind. It is the lower level of a condominium complex, so it was a bit noisy some mornings with footsteps above, and the mosquito sprayers and landscapers just happened to arrive the 1st and 2nd mornings of our visits, but it was tolerable. Overall, I enjoyed the location, the condo, the amenities, access to the beach, bike ride into town, charming patio looking toward the water. It felt safe, as well. We did not get to take advantage, but there was a gas grille which I would have loved to use! Thank you, Beth for providing beach chairs, towels, as well as soaps, bedding and bathroom towels. I purchased my own bar of soap as the soaps provided were only liquid, and I prefer a bar of soap. But, anytime I had a question or problem, Beth responded promptly to my emails. Our family of 4 people (19 year old 6'2" boy, 16 year old 6'1" boy, and 2 parents) was very comfortable and happy. Thanks again, Beth.

Nice condo with amenities.

The unit had two bedrooms with four beds in the living room had a futon that folds out into a bed. The unit was clean and supplied with towels plenty of towels. The location is good if you have a car or a bicycle but don't plan on walking to the center of Provincetown unless you really want the exercise.

Quiet, comfy place near the beach

This unit was quiet, uncluttered and cozy. The colors and furnishings were appropriate for a beach house. Although small compared to what we are accustomed to, the four of us ( two adults, two teens) never felt crowded. Although off the beaten path ( which we welcomed), it is easy enough to wait by the road and catch a shuttle into Provincetown where there is plenty of action. A cab from there into town will be around $9.00 per person. The shuttle is $2.00 each. The beach is quite a little walk on a path through dune grasses and rose bushes, but a section of hard plastic mats provides a break for your feet. It's a long walk if you are carrying chairs and a paddle board, but a nice walk if you are wandering with a morning cup of coffee. Chairs and an umbrella were provided at the unit. We rented a stand-up paddle board over the phone (perfect place for it when the tide is out) and it was delivered quickly. My only complaint ( which was shared by all in our group) would be that the bedrooms need light blocking shades. We are early risers, but the morning sun certainly prevents anyone from sleeping away the day. We would definitely stay here again . The owners were great at communicating with us by email before our trip. They offered up directions and suggestions for restaurants and things to do. They called us during our stay to let us know someone would be stopping by to install a storm door. Overall, this was a great stay!!
