Welcome to your home-away-from-home at this beautiful condo at Tidewater! Enjoying panoramic gulf views and all the necessary comforts of home, this is the perfect place for total relaxation. This 3-bedroom, 3 bathrooms property is Gulf front! Spend days exploring the beach or walking to one of the nearby restaurants!
Unwind in this spacious unit, with 1,300 square feet of space for you and your guests to call home while you're vacationing! With accommodations for up to 9 people, you will find each room to be equally appealing with flat screen TV's, satellite and free Wi-Fi to keep you entertained. The master suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, gulf balcony access. The private master bath has tub, double vanities, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, access to a North-facing balcony with views of Cotton Bayou. The 2nd bedroom utilizes the hall bath. The 3rd bedroom features a Twin over full bunk bed and a private bath.
In the living room, you will find a sleeper sofa pullout, which allows for extra sleeping space and a large flat screen TV with satellite. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs and counter bar in the kitchen with 4 barstools for additional seating options. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking scrumptious meals and snacks. Feel free to utilize the wet bar to mix up a fresh cocktail to sip on while you lounge around or carry it outside on to the private balcony while you enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf! The balcony has a seating area, lounger and chairs for you to relax in.
When you are ready to venture out of the condo, enjoy the large outdoor Gulf-front pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, or stay active in the on-site fitness room, then soothe your muscles in the sauna. This property is walking distance to the newly remodeled Zeke's Restaurant, Shrimp Basket, City Donut, and Kayden's Candy Factory.

When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
