This property has two homes on the same lot- a front house and back house, with a shared backyard space in between. Guests have exclusive access to the entire back house. The backyard is shared with guests in the front house.
Weāve included carefully-considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.
Guests can self-check-in with the keypad.

There is free street parking available. There is no garage or private driveway. Street parking is first come first serve. When parking your vehicle on the street, please note, you must place the provided Residential Parking Permit on your dash (1 permit is provided). Permit must be returned upon check-out. ⢠Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine.
Report Any Issues Promptly
⢠Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. We want the opportunity to correct any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay.
⢠New Damages: If damage occurs during your stay, please be transparent and notify us immediately. We understand accidents happen and will work with you to find a fair solution.

Minimum Age Requirement
⢠The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present during the stay.
⢠Third-party bookings (booking on behalf of others) are not allowed.
