Disclaimers: The home is older and so things do not operate how they may in a brand new modern home. The floors are squeaky in some areas. There is a washer/dryer unit outside the home that is shared with the other residences at the property. The entire backyard space is shared with the other units (Though it is very large so each unit does have some privacy). Parking is available on the street.
