LBJ With Hart Lake house is the perfect relaxing get away for the whole family! This property is a beautifully built 4 bed/3 bath, 2 story home located in a gated community featuring its own private pool as well! Only steps away from Lake LBJ you will have access to 2 jet ski slips #9 and #10 and a boat slip #45, along with a neighborhood boat ramp in the marina. The amenity center just around the corner also provides lots of entertainment options including an outdoor pool, basketball court, pickle ball, and many other game options. This home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests per HOA rules, absolutely no exceptions!

The Neighborhood
This home is located in the gated community of Clearwater Harbor. The neighborhood has its own marina and boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your clubs and hit the greens at The Legends Golf Course just minutes away! Or prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.
Other Things To Note
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Pet Policy: Small pets under 35lbs are allowed at this property. Pet fee is $100 per pet, If evidence of additional pets are found there will be an automatic charge of $500 added to the card on file.
Additional Fees:
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24 notice prior to reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing.
This pool uses a heat pump. Heat pumps capture heat from the surrounding air to heat the pool water. The pumps are designed to raise the temperature of a pool up to the ideal swimming range, between 78 – 82 degrees Fahrenheit and can take between 24-72 hours to reach max temperature.
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
Please Note: There is construction in this neighborhood as it is a new development.
Community Pool is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st.
We are available via phone, text, email, messaging, or in person if need be.
PLEASE NOTE
1.Due to the subdivision rules, only 3 vehicle max is allowed to park at the home in the driveway. Absolutely no parking is allowed in the street. Additional parking area is located below the home and additional parking for trailers is located at the front of the Legends subdivision. Please make sure your trailer is parked in the correct spot or it could be subjected to being towed at the owner's expense.
2. Absolutely no more than 10 people at the property per HOA rules!
3. Please let us know 72 hours in advance if you will be bringing a boat and needing a boat slip.
