We are ideally located only 14 miles from Clemson University, 1.8 miles from Greenpond Landing and Events Center (Home of the Bassmasters Pro Fishing Tournament), and 4.7 miles from Portman Marina and The Galley Waterfront Restaurant.
This welcoming property boasts 2 Master Suites with king beds, adjoining bathrooms, and large Smart TV's on the main level of the home. Enjoy the upscale master bathroom that includes a jetted tub, shower with dual shower heads, seperate his and hers vanities, and an additional powder room w/vanity and a walk in closet. The additional 2 bedrooms offer queen beds, Smart TV's, and one room has a full trundle bed and pack n play.

We also have an additional Kitchenette on the lower level of the home that has a second refrigerator, oven, washer & dryer, and utility sink. The garage will not be accessible to guests, however there is plenty parking on the property.
Bring your boat or jet ski's to the large covered dock that can be accessed on foot by a gentle slope to stairs. Enjoy the large Watermat, 2 Paddleboards, 4 Person Paddleboat, Kayak, or some fishing off the dock.
