This beautiful, luxurious villa has been decorated in a bright and modern style. It is located on a spacious plot on the canal with gulf access.

As soon as you enter, you are greeted by an inviting sight - a comfortable couch that invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy evening in front of the TV. An electric fireplace provides atmosphere in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a high-quality worktop, so you will not lack for anything. A modern wooden dining table with space for six people is perfectly adjacent to the kitchen. A high chair for our youngest guests is available, as is a baby bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, as does the second bedroom, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. A feel-good shower and toilet await you in the master bathroom, and a free-standing bathtub makes relaxation perfect. The 2 other bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and toilet. The villa has an additional den room (office/reading room) currently equipped with a desk and a comfortable couch.

The large, south-facing terrace guarantees undisturbed sunny days and is fenced in with a pool screen. Pure holiday pleasure! The heated pool with hot tub invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with gas grill is ideal for social barbecues. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. A path leads to the dock.  You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask for it when booking.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
