Lakefront Mountain Modern Home
Unobstructed views of Payette Lake abound in this large family home with private lakefront property and a private dock. Floor-to-ceiling glass on the main and upper levels brings nature indoors. Multi-panel sliding glass doors and pass-through kitchen windows provide indoor/outdoor lakefront patio and bar space. This house is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of a large extended family, allowing functional and efficient space to gather comfortably.
An open floor plan of kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is designed for large family gatherings with an Island, passthrough windows to the patio, and oversized appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, and induction range. The induction range with stainless steel cookware speeds up cooking time and is safer for little hands. A microwave, dishwasher & additional beverage fridge as well. Dine in elegance overlooking Payette Lake. The table seats 12 and has an additional 4 indoor barstools. Sit by the gas fireplace and gaze out over the lake or curl up on the oversized couch with family to stream a movie. Living space opens to a patio with unobstructed views of Payette Lake, outdoor bar seats 4, dining for 12, and a gas grill. 2 car garage for guest use. Coming in from Skiing? Drop zone with laundry room and 8 individual locker-style cabinets with vented airflow system to dry those jackets and boots. The main floor master bedroom has a gas fireplace and sound blocking to help you sleep soundly.
Head upstairs to the family room you'll want to share with the kids. Spectacular views from floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows. Streaming TV, Bluetooth speaker system, shuffleboard, wet bar, popcorn maker, games, couch, and chairs to seat 12. Two upstairs rooms with custom bunk beds include cubbies and a charging station, the first with 2 queens & 4 twins, the second with 1 queen and 1 twin. Jack and Jill's bath breaks up these two bunk spaces. It was designed thoughtfully to allow shared use of all spaces with privacy to include 2 showers, 2 sinks, and 2 toilets. The second upstairs master (queen), closet, and bathroom with bathtub.
Head downstairs to the third family room, which has a wet bar, streaming TV, and foosball table. French doors open to Payette Lake. Two lower-level bedrooms, both with king beds, share a full bath. The second washer and dryer on this lower level make it easy to manage beach towels and swimsuits.
The hot tub offers unobstructed views of Payette Lake while retaining a sense of privacy. Enjoy a private 60-foot lakefront and space for making smores. There is also a private dock to paddle, boat, and swim.

The boat dock is for guest use ONLY - no public or visitors.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
